Domino’s Pizza

Wife and I wanted to make our skinny sexy assessments into big ol’ fat assessment. If you know what I mean. Huge assessments.
Time to bust a rhyme:
We went into the store and got two medium pizzas,
They looked so good it, I’m talking alright,
For a crappie joint that’s open in the middle of the night,
It’s curious how much we needed it,
We watched seinfeld reruns while our faces defeated it.
Domino’s better recognize that their food is mediocre, but in the middle of the night it’s all you can procure.
I’m wish some Chinese food was open right now,
But it’s not, so I guess I’ll have to throw a cow.
That is all!

Garbage garbage customer service. The guy on the phone when I called barely speaks English, and had me repeat my address and phone number over and over again. Almost like he was high. I called at 9:02p, and he said it would be about 45 mins. I said okay fine, 10:24 I call the store I asked about my order, before even asking who I was (called from my wife’s cell) he said its on its way. I said what’s on his way? He said your order. I said you don’t know even know what my order is? I said its ok if someone’s a few minutes late, 5 – 10, I get it traffic, first time driver but the guy shows up at 10:35.
Only reason why I gave it an extra star, the food was still semi warm, that means they were backed up in the kitchen and it wasn’t because the delivery guy got lost.

This place is quick and super efficient. I called around looking for the area that delivers to our new place and I’m glad it’s this location. The online orders are great and the staff is wonderful they actually brought up the great deals and offered plenty of information over the phone.

Holy cow, half the pizza was «melted» or fused to the cardboard. Totally gross, half the pizza is un editable. Nothing like I got before. Yuck,

Have always ordered to pick up so can’t talk about delivery, but my order has always been correct and ready sooner than they said it would be ready. Hey it’s Dominoes.

Horrible service! Brought a wrong order and refused to bring the correct one and wouldn’t give me my money back. Never ordering from here again!

I graciously gave a rating of 3 stars, yet I don’t think this store is A-​Ok they are being given another shot 6 months in the making, Last time they lost my business for awhile as my pizza order was about 15 mins LATE, I understand 5 MAYBE 10 but that’s not OK in my books. On time should be considered late when providing services in my mind. Impressions are huge and I am giving this store one last shot to clean their slate and win back my $, Fool me once, never TWICE. Will update when order arrives… PS I ordered via website and that is their saving grace and the reason for 3 not 2 stars. Love the user friendly layout and options. Great website. Now store live up to the the website and your A OK maybe Fan worthy rating ORDERED 445 PIZZA LEFT for delivery at 5:04pm, Check back for final rating!

ORDER ARRIVED at 5:31pm… They were on time as the wait was estimated at 35 – 45 mins, So THEY ARE back on my good side made the cut, barely as 1 min is fine… BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. Goood job, I have decided to add one star (from 3 to 4 stars), VERY SATISFIED AS THE WEBSITE was GREAT and EASY and THE DELIVERY was fine COULD BE BETTER (its a wed night, FRI I would understand timing) !! FINALLY I am a FAN of THE NEW REWARDS system… Will be returning… WORK on timing PLEASE, LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS VIA RATINGS and TAKE ACTION !!

Just received our pizza and was very Disappointed!!! We always order the same thing and always happy with the pizza but tonight, the pizza was just disgusting!!! Super thin, no flavor and no sauce –_​_​– just cheese and bread

Pizza is pretty good, but who the heck does the hiring and training? I called and asked how much is cheesy bread in addition to my pizza. The guy hesitates for like 5 minutes. Like a deer in headlights! So, I tell him forget it just the pizza. He was relieved. Shame the owner has no idea they could get many more sales if someone takes more than 5 minutes to hire and train.

I’m not sure why all the rants. This place is actually really awesome. In the last year or so they changed all the staff. A bunch of new and enthusiastic kids that seem to love their job even if it’s tossing pizzas. Great job management on renovating your staff. The kids are friendly and efficient. I’ll keep getting my pizza here even if I have to buy my Parmesan cheese. I get more cheese that way.

First we order and get an under cooked pizza. It was doughy in the center. I did the survey from the app and get a call saying I could get a free pizza next time. I just have to call. So tonight I try an call. First I get put on hold for over 15 min. I hang up and call back. Get a guy and tell him I am trying to call for my free pizza. He puts me on hold again without taking my order. I end up hanging up and ordering Papa Johns. Horrible pizza and service.

My family has ordered from Dominos (on Los Alisos) for a few years now. Each delivery has been a positive experience. The deliveries are brought always by a nice person, the items are hot, and the pizzas are made well (and taste pretty darn good!) and the best thing of all, the food arrives usually within 30 minutes of ordering it!
Another cool thing is that we use their coupons which make our purchases very affordable. Tonight, we are waiting for 2 medium, 2 topping pizzas with a 2 liter soda which is going to feed four people — all for less than $ 20!
I find ordering online is very user friendly and I love the visual aspect we experience while building our pizzas online to watching the meter at the end that tells us what stage our pizza is at (prepping, baking, quality checking etc.).
It surprises me that so many have given this place one star. Guess we are one of the «lucky» customers that have had years of fast delivered, good tasting, very affordable pizza, and pleasant delivery guys from the Dominos folks here!

Came in for a small pizza and it’s completely drenched in grease. Now I know pizza is greasy but this was ridiculous

If I see the Unilocal,they don’t provide parmesan cheese and red pepper. I won’t order from them. I will get it from Pizza-​Hut. By the way, the pizza wasn’t that good either

Called last night to order pizzas for delivery. Was basically told an hour wait at 11:20, kid seemed disinterested to take my order. Little did he know probably would of gotten a 10 dollar tip. You lose a lot of business cause you wanna be out buy closing time

Everytime I order from dominos I always hope the pizza is going to be better than the previous one. But In my case it isn’t. I always order a Hawaiian pizza and every single time there is probably five little pieces of pineapple. I thought it’s suppose to be a Hawaiian pizza not ham and cheese?

This 4 stars is for good, convenient carry out pizza — this is by no means a destination dining establishment. We have ordered pizzas from this Dominos for about 10 years and the orders are always correct and on time. And, the most important aspect is that the pizzas are always tasty, great selection of toppings and crust options.

I can not believe they charge for parmesan cheese and red peppers. wth?

Please don’t use this location I just picked up a Philly cheese steak Pizza and they are so cheap on the topping. They only put a few pieces of meat and I asked them for cheese and pepper believe it or not they want to charge me one Dollar for it so cheap.

Dominoes you’ve done it again! Awesome employees and even better food there!
I LOVE THIS PLACE! highly recommend !! this one guy literally made me laugh when It wasn’t going so well that day. people please don’t forget to order the lava cakes. they literally melt in your mouth!
