I switched to Tmobile from VZ in early 2014 and I have no regrets. My only complaint is my coverage. Sometimes when you’re in the country or in the middle of nowhere during a road trip it’s hard to maintain a signal. The pros far outweigh the cons… TRULY unlimited data Economical, no contract plans Great, effecient customer service both in the store, online, over the phone, and via the app I have Tmobile JUMP! and they sent me a brand new phone for free when my old phone’s camera stopped working(Phone was ordered in store @ 7pm on a Thursday and was on my doorstep Friday AM) My bill is low and never fluctuates(no hidden fees, etc)

BAD! BAD! BAD! At first we went to them before Christmas(2013), thinking they offered the best plan for our buck. The girl who helped us at T-Mobile in University Park Mall went to the back room to talk to her boss, came back out to us, and said, «If you sign up today, we will refund you $ 25 for your current plan.»(I originally was grandfathered in for a $ 25 monthly plan from Virgin Mobile, and so T-Mobile promised us that if we signed up that day, they would refund us the $ 25 I had renewed). This meant a lot because, even though for some people $ 25 is nothing, it is a lot for me and my husband. Anyway, we noticed after we switched over to T-Mobile, they weren’t refunding us like they promised, so we called today and have been on the phone trying to figure out why they weren’t holding their end of the deal(talking to three different people, including the manager, of T-Mobile). I am so very disappointed and saddened that these people lied to us, and are also acting like we are lying about being promised a refund. Before you are quick to switch over to T-Mobile, make sure you get any promises of refunds, money, etc., from them in writing first! That is very important to keep in mind. We are now dropping our plan and going to AT&T. UPDATE: It wasn’t until we actually went inside the store that they finally refunded our $ 25. Still switching to AT&T, though.
