An employee, a woman with brown straight hair, was extremely rude. I witnessed her talking poorly about customers, while the customers could hear. When the customer called her behavior to her attention and asked for her name. the employee said she couldn’t state it but that she was the manager. It was probably a lie since she didn’t want to give the customer her name. The employee was not professional and should be fired. She really doesn’t know that part of her job is customer satisfaction.

A sort of blah selection, but I did find a pair of sandals I wanted.
When I went to try them on there was only one shoe in the box.
I assume that’s a loss prevention strategy, but the end result is that one of the sandals I bought has NEVER been tried on and is much tighter on my foot than the other sandal. Hopefully this means the tight sandal won’t be difficult to stretch out, but it’s certainly annoying in the mean time.
