Sam’s Club

This is a waste of money. The people are abrupt and rude. You feel like a criminal trying to get in the door if you do not have your card out and ready to show the store guards. The products have gone down in quality in true Walmart style. All I can say is thank goodness there is now another option in town!

When I first walk in the door, I am greeted by shopping carts with garbage in them. I remove the garbage and place it in another shopping cart. I’m not the janitor, so it’s not my job to throw this in the garbage can. Once I have my cart, the bouncer at the door asks to see my membership card. When shopping with a toddler in tow, I shouldn’t have to deal with pulling my card out of my purse. Then I finally set foot inside the store and get a whiff of what is a cross between car tires and rotisserie chicken. Then I get a good look at the grey and dreary store. Not a good start to the shopping trip. Hopefully you’ll never need any help — there are no customer service people in sight.
Sam’s is starting to sell less of the products I buy, so I have no reason to renew my membership.
