Chicken Caesar was ok. Sicilian Chicken soup = good. Half moon pasta = tasty. Meal was a little pricey.

This was a 3-star review, based on the food. But then I considered the service we rec’d from Tiffany P. our waitress. OMG, she was amazing, and brought this up a whole star. From the start, she was helpful, knowledgeable, and one of the best servers I’ve ever had anywhere. After our first interaction with her, I turned to my wife and said, «Dang, she’s good». The food was quite good, however IMO overall overpriced. But tasty. I don’t think we had anything bad. My wife got a trio that she enjoyed. And my shrimp pasta(weird name that I don’t remember) was good too. An appetizer of two small meatballs with some cheese and sauce for $ 4.60 was a bit ridiculous tho. Tiffany as I mentioned, saved this review & visit and completely made it a good time, besides the folks we dined with. I’m not sure we’ll be back though. I think other places are equally good, yet less pricey.

I had a great experience at this Carrabba’s. The staff was pleasant and the food came in a timely manner. Their brick oven definitely cooks the pizza lovely. I had the margherita pizza. It was very tasty. They have great entrees to choose from, ranging from pasta to seafood. Ask for Ana, she’s a good server!!!

This is one restaurant that offers a variety of gluten free items. They also give the option to swap out the pasta for GF pasta. All the GF items are marked on the menu. Don’t forget to mention to your server that you are ordering GF ;)

Got here at 830 on a thursdsy night and we were seated right away. After 15 minutes of waiting and not getting our drink order taken I went to the hostess. She went to the wait staff and it appeared that the wait staff was either trying to assign blame or decide who would take our table. It didn’t matter to us at this point. We left and the manager asked of she could talk us into staying with free appetizers. We declined and went down the road.

Ive always loved this place for date nights and special occasions and always get good service and great food. They are expensive but you get what you pay for. Disappointed they took a few items off the menu but excellent wine selection and food!

Tried to order a craft beer but their selection was worse than poor. Don’t understand it when good markups are easy to make on beer. Ordered their«strawberry salad» with chicken as an add on and dressing on the side. Salad came with dressing on it and a grand total of one diced strawberry. Shame on me for thinking they really meant a salad with strawberries.

We visited Carrabba’s in the fall and decided to return as we had enjoyed a positive dining experience. Not so this time! We ordered the shrimp scampi for an appetizer… there was way too much buttery sauce for the few shrimp that you get. For an entrée, I ordered a new dish on the menu Cavatappi Franco. It arrived cold, so it was sent back to be reheated. It arrived cold again and our waitress took it back to the kitchen. She returned to tell us that the chef would make a new serving. It took nearly 20 minutes to arrive! My guests had long finished their entrees! The cavatappi arrived not steaming hot, but definitely warmer. The entrée itself was very dry and bland… I counted only 5 small pieces of chicken, lots of steamed broccoli and sauteed mushrooms, a few small pieces of sun-dried tomatoes and definitely no kalamata olives. Very disappointing! The assistant manager said he would cover the entrée, which was not my intent at all. Too much is at risk for consuming food that is not at the proper temperature. I doubt I will make a return visit… this dining experience was definitely not what I would expect for the prices charged.

I’m a big fan of all Carrabba’s and this one is no exception. Good food, friendly and patient servers. Always a favorite.

The server was awful and this isn’t the first time we’ve had poor service. He had zero personality; we couldn’t hear him, let alone understand him, and he acted as if we were an inconvenience. He let plates pile up on the table and didn’t bring the salad dressing for the appetizer salad until he brought the main dishes out — a little late for that dude. However, the food is never a disappointment.

We visited for the first time last night for my girlfriend’s birthday. For starters the bread & oil was very good. I ordered the 9 oz wood-grilled sirloin with spicy Sicilian butter. It was cooked to near perfection and was scrumptious. My girlfriend had the Sirloin Marsala and it too was cooked perfectly. Oh and the Marsala sauce was simply awesome. Our waitress Simone deserves a shout-out, she put up with our questions and was just as friendly as can be. Also a shout-out to her manager who gave us a free dessert when she heard it was our first time there. We will DEFINITELY be going back!

Had an early dinner today; we both ordered Shrimp & Scallop with tomato vodka sauce, salads & ice cream. The waitress was busy & it took a while for her to get to our table. The salads came quickly & were good-more than 2 olives would have been nice-but the bread was still in the oven. Waitress said it was was almost done; however it was quite a long wait to get the bread. The bread was hot & delicious. The main course would have benefitted from more sauce, it was not like other thick, rich vodka sauces we had elsewhere. The pasta was very hot, but the seafood«topping» was only warm. We stirred it together and it heated the seafood. Dessert was ordered & arrived timely; ice cream was good. The restaurant was not even one third full. We were seated in a booth across the back of the restaurant. We were towards the end of our meal and they set up a table to accommodate 6 people right next to the booth within 3 feet. This barely left room for the waiter for that table to stand and take their order without having his backside almost touching our table! This in an almost empty restaurant! The waiter’s voice was so loud that we could not hear each other speak. Over the years that we have eaten at Carrabas, management has appeared to have gone from a model in which they attempt to serve the customer — to one in which they can maximize profits. We don’t plan to return.

We have went to Carrabba’s several times and the food is excellent! If you are a seafood fan, the Spideno De Mar with shrimp and scallops is to die for! Their sirloin marsala is one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. We have never had better service at any other restaurant. They are always consistently good with service and always friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Over priced for what you get. Food was not up to par. Chicken Marsala was FAR from a marsala! ICK We sat at the bar and had terrible service, then the bartender warmed up a little but too late. Wine was good. That was the only good thing I can say. Over rated establishment.

Yay! Loved the bread served with an olive oil based dip before the meal. The appetizer was good with mozzarella sticks, fried calamari, and brushetta(very tasty with goat cheese and a bit of sweet & spicy bite to it), my husband’s salad was very good, fresh and tasty, the boys’ pizza was excellent(this is the kind of pizza we had in Italy) and my Chicken Brady with sirloin Marsala(a special), not to mention the green beans were all excellent. Fresh provolone or Parmesan cheese grated over your food by the waiter. I have to mention the little things that I liked as well: the pepper and salt shakers were grinders, which makes a big difference for the quality of the spices, the olive oil was real olive oil of good quality, and the napkins were made of cloth(great for the environment and so much better than paper). The waiter was very sweet with our four boys even though not very experienced(he attempted to ask our 15 month old son what he wanted to drink… Ha. Yeah, seriously. So sweetly innocent, right?) The kids got crayons and fun coloring/activity books. Kids menu had a lot of choices at $ 5,50. As a family of 6, we were positively surprised by the bill as well. We have paid a lot more for much worse food! We went on a Wednesday and it was quite busy, I liked the fact that there were people of all ages there too — families, young after work people, older couples in groups, etc.), which made the atmosphere vibrant. Compared to any of the other steakhouse/dinner restaurant type chains, this is in a different, higher class(yet not more expensive), and the best I’ve had in a long time(and we try new places a lot!).

Excellent ambiance. Good food. Overall great experience. Try their complimentary warm bread. They have a nice Italian beer too. In the foods the grilled stuff is a must! Quite different from usual stuff.

This has been a pleasant experience for a family restaurant. The food is not bad, it’s fairly good. The best thing is the bread served while waiting for your meal. Unfortunately, I ate so much bread I couldn’t finish my meal. I would be back again.

Our waitress was knowledgeable and quick, despite being very busy. Food was AMAZING! We had the Pasta Weenie, with yummy pasta and shrimp and mushrooms. The bruschetta was delicious and tasteful. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant.

Good service, awesome food; excellent quality for a chain. Not the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for and then some. There’s really not a bad item on the menu. Bar selection is better than most and desserts are tremendous. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an excellent Italian restaurant.

I have been to Carrabba’s 20+ times. I have NEVER had a bad experience. It’s hard to pick a favorite meal because everything is just wonderful — Chicken Bryan, Chicken or Sirloin Marsala, Lobster Ravioli. Amazing. They also have the best calamari anywhere. Carrabba’s is always the first stop for my friends and me on our annual Mishawaka Christmas shopping day. Best Italian restaurant in Mishawaka!

Outstanding food and service. Invited special guests to celebrate their engagement. We had such a great experience. Our guests were even provided a special dessert. And, even though they were very busy, we were not rushed. Very professional.

Had dinner here a few weeks ago. We were seated right away and the service was great. The food was amazing. Our server was Abby who was very friendly and attentive. She even brought over pizza dough for our kids to play with while waiting for our dinner. I had the Linguini with seafood which was delicious. I’ll be back here for sure.

Definitely get the blackberry sangria. You won’t regret it. The food is pretty good. I’m happy with my food most of the time. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. They use plenty of herbs in most of their cooking, which is great for me. It’s less great for people who like really plain food, like my dad. It’s the best Italian you’ll get in the Grape Road area.

I celebrated Thanksgiving here with my family, I know right… not the traditional turkey and dressing family outing… but hey, it works for us. The staff was very attentive and the food was great. It’s good to get a consistent chain restaurant that actually cooks the food to order. I’ll keep going back.

Don’t listen to any bad reviews about this amazing place. Anyone with any food sense can tell you that this place is amazing. In every way. The chicken Marsala is the BEST! Always busy here. Always a wait Why? Duh. The place has the best food of any chain, hands down. And that includes the ‘never fresh’ olive garden.

This is the best«chain» restaurant by far! They know how to do it. Always fresh(and you can taste it), great service, and reasonable prices. Even when they messed up my dates order last time, we had the manager, general manager, and the server apologizing and offering the dish compted, along with a dessert. They even bagged up the wrong entrée for us to take home. Excellent!!!
