I like this publix first of all because of it’s location. It is one of the closest grocery stores to my house. It’s not too big and has a decent variety of choices. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. You don’t see much workers around in the aisles when you need to ask a question but when you do find one they are more then glad to assist you. I also use the redbox they have and I once never had a problem with it. The only thing is since a lot of people use it they run out of specific movies for a little. Every time I come to the cash register I’m greeted with warm smiling faces and a sincere«hello» and«have a nice day». Positive energy is important but it’s important to give it first. If you’re wondering why in any business you don’t get a warm smile, try to give one first :)

Not my usual go-to Publix but on the way home so much more convenient. I tend to stop in for either toiletries I cant get at Whole Foods or emergency situations where timeliness is of the essence but the Pembroke Road Publix is definitely a better fit for me. This particular Publix lacks a lot of the items I buy on a regular basis. No Sweet Leaf Organic Tea like in the others, no Coco Lopez coconut cream for my coquito recipe and the ethnic section mostly has Jamaican items I’m less familiar with. I’m okay with this if there were substitutes for some of my needs but there is not. Like usual, I’m gonna have to stop in at the Pembroke Road location. I need my coco lopez for a recipe I’m making and my teas for grab and go days! Today, shopping was NOT a pleasure.

Publix in the chain of supermarkets more expensive i ever seen!!! 2 bags 60 – 70 dollars! I can buy a lot with this at other supermarkets. What u can find in another place at $ 0.79 here is $ 1.69, all double! The only thing is when they put 2×1 u can find good deals. And also i bought chicken thighs with just were FAT, it looks disgusting. My husband spend like 30 mins just cleaning the chicken. I just stop here bc an «emergency» is the nearest i have. But i really dislike!

The ladies at this deli are the best. I’ve had the subs at different publix locations but this is the best one by far. They are very quick but patient. The staff is always very friendly and even when the lines do get backed up they don’t ignore the customers which a lot of places do. A simple«we will be right with you» makes a difference!

I usually come here when I’m visiting family. I live in NYC where Publix does not exist. This is my go to spot for a great sub. They know how to hook up a great sandwich, not only that they have a fantastic variety of hot and or cold foods to go. The staff are always so sweet, so the opposite of what I’m used to at a Supermarket.

I usually swing into this Publix first thing in the morning to get some croquettas and a tequeño or two. There’s nothing that really separates this Publix from most others. If you’ve seen the inside of a Publix before… you can pretty much expect to see the same thing. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing, considering Publix has a higher set of standards than most of the other supermarkets you can find around South Florida. They are almost always clean, well stocked and have great on-home made products. I will always go to Publix instead of any other market around… even if it means having to drive a few extra minutes out of the way.
