My first experience going to see Dr. Cruz and she was awesome! Very patient and has a sense of humor as well. The man working with the glasses was also very nice. He spoke with me about the different lenses I can get for my frames and the associated costs. The girl at the front desk was… eh. I had questions for her regarding frames I can purchase online versus at their store and what that process would look like and found myself having to state the good ol’ «Sorry, I have never purchased frames before, which is why I’m asking…» due to her attitude.
I was right on time for my appointment and didn’t have to wait longer than 10 minutes to be called in.
Overall experience was pretty good, I really like Dr. Cruz!

Dr. Cruz is an excellent doctor. I have been coming here for at least 6 years. She doesn’t rush through the eye exam. I like how she takes her time in answering your questions without «talking down» to you. The place is really nice (tastefully decorated) and they have a good selection of frames. I can also tell that their equipment is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have been seeing Dr. Cruz for years and now also my son. Dr. Cruz is exceptionally personable, professional and patient. Your time is respected and her assistant, Janet, is always welcoming with a big smile. Janet is ready to accommodate your needs and has great follow up. There is always a variety of mid to high end eyeglasses available and the staff is very knowledgeable. They always assist in picking what is best suited for you. I highly recommend Dr. Cruz for all family members.
