How did I find: Tried the nail shop next door and stumbled upon it. Parking: Eh. It’s ok. Expectations: From the look of it and it’s location I figured I wouldn’t be impressed. The smell is what had me walk in. Experience: Overall the spot is great. Plenty of tables to sit and most importantly the food is on point. Perfect meats, cheese and beautiful pastries can be found here. Service was quick and everything was fresh. I highly enjoy the 4 cheese, spinach and tomato empandadas. I often stop here to buy a box of pastries before visiting friends and family too. Ambiance: Coming from someone who is all about the hedonic factor or an outing… Migas need a little love and details thrown in here. Some ambiance. Fresh flowers and guitar music. This little gem has so much potential to be a Friday ladies night, romantic Saturday date and even a Sunday Brunch w the family after church. Memorable Person: Not yet! Would I go back: I visit often.

Wow, now that was a great lunch! Skirt steak that was seasoned perfectly along with some mashed yucca(I’m not sure what the Spanish name of it was but it was yummy). Very casual place that offers good food and a deli that offers high-end meats.

Not bad for the area. Little pricey but the Manchego and Serrano were delicious

Excellent place for breakfast and lunch, but… If you really know about coffee, this is the best coffee in town! No doubt. If you want the coffee really special, then ask for Marsela.

I have never written a review before, but this time I had to. I was very disappointed with the«gourmet sandwiches.» My 5 yr old daughter could make better ones. We ordered the Serrano ham with manchego cheese and the italian sandwich. The cheese had freezer burn smell/taste. It lacked taste and felt dry. I only had 2 bites of it. The tequeños were good and the natural orange juice too. I will not be coming back.

Formerly a location of the La Estancia local chain, still the same Argentinean market concept but with less selection. It’s the local go-to for empanadas. They usually offer at least 7 different types, both baked and fried, and are quite good. As finger food for a party or any get-together they are very good and fresh usually. The rest of the prepared food menu, including the sweets, is just meh. Not bad for a weekday lunch, and they do offer daily specials. But nothing to write home about. The«market» aspect is mostly for show. When they changed names most of the selection of products left with the old name. They still offer some wines, some cold soft drinks, and a small butcher section for basic steak and such. When I need that type of stuff I’ll drive a little further to Graziano’s and get better selection.

I’m a local, but would drive here for the value lunches if I lived far. Delicious. We had the parrillada for two with chorizo… mmmm used in choripan, an upper level hot dog, but incomparable. Drink the Malbec with your beef! Yum.

Ambiance B+: I like the look Salad C: no imagination, iceberg lettuce, boxed croutons. Beverage: C: good looking wines but my iced tea was bottled Nestea. Come on, brew your own. Vegetables D-: not only microwaved but OVER microwaved. Frozen. Good variety but just bad. No seasoning. Has that very unappetizing frozen microwave tasteless textureless attitude. Very irritating to not be able to eat my vegis ! Left em. Flank steak B: cooked slightly beyond requested MR temp but tasty. Well seasoned. Good service — attended to immediately, food presented quickly. .. until I tried to pay. Waitress took my credit card & disappeared — saw her some minutes later taking another table’s orders. I will come back & try something else, with wine. Place seems to have the potential to be a * * * * but it ain’t there yet.

The parallida’s is our go to dish all the time. It’s our fav. The house wine is delish & the desserts, much too choose from. The chimichurri is delish, we always purchase it for our meat dishes.

When you go to an Argentinian place you know you’re getting lots of meat, and this place serves it justice. Migas has great lunch specials Monday-Friday offering several different choices of meats with two sides for $ 8.99. Came here on a regular Saturday with my mom and my boyfriend and let me tell you, we did not leave a thing for leftovers on the plate. Literally devoured it. Relatively large portions for a great price. I would recommend the Bife de Chorizo or the Millanesa de Pollo.

Nice setting to sit and have a glass of wine with an appetizer. The carpaccio was excellent and so was the empanadas. I had the meat sampler for 1 aka parrillada. Which was enough for two. Beef steak was over cooked with not much flavor. The beef rib was oily and not much seasoning. The chicken was nothing special. The smashed yucca was cold yet the bowl was hot. Weird. My wife had the chicken steak with white rice. The chicken was average and the rice was a boiled rice like you would get from an uncle bens boil in a bag. I’m only one review and though my experience was not thrilling they have lots of desserts and a nice size menu. Maybe I just picked the wrong things. But I don’t think I’m coming back

Excellent food at affordable prices. Definitely try the Tequeños(cheese sticks) and Cachitos, they were the best. It took me back to my native country of Venezuela. Dessert is a must!!!

Superfast! Delicious meat! I just had the Bife de Chorizo and it was very good and very fast; I hardly waited! If you are in the area and need meat in your system, this is the place to be. I’ve bought their meat to grill at gome; and it is by far, way better than the meat at the supermarket. Why not 5 stars… there is always room for improvement!

Migas is Great! It is an absolutely awesome European style bakery, very non traditional, you’ll find stuff here that is very hard find else where. Also as a lunch place for work days in the miramar area is unique. Try the«Espetadas»(skewers) combined with yuca pure, or ask for a «pepito» sandwich! The place is very clean and ample, attendance is very friendly. Don’t miss it when you are in the area, it’s a hidden jewel.

Little hole in the wall place we decided to try on a Sunday night. It was pretty empty as it was us and another family. The place is nice and clean. I’ve eaten at better Argentinian grills but it’s not to say it’s bad. It’s convenient to our house and better than eating McD’s. On with the food. My oldest daughter picked up a churassco with fries and she enjoyed it. I ordered the grill for one as did my wife who split it with our youngest daughter. The grill for one came with: Short ribs Churassco Sausage(or blood sausage) Chicken(or sweetbreads) Sausage was decent. Not spicy or anything but decent. Chicken, mildly bland but a big piece of chicken nonetheless. Churassco was good but the chimichuri lacks much umph. Short ribs were my favorite. Good flavor and carmelized fat and chewy connective tissue made them my fave. All that came out to $ 64. Not too bad but adding tip it teetered close to $ 80. We will hit it up again. May not be great for our kids again but still. Good food for grown folks!

In a previous visit I had churrasco with mashed yuca and a salad and it was excellent! Today I came in just for a churrasco empanada and they were OUTOFTHISWORLD!!! It’s a must try while here… A great easy going atmosphere with nice service.

I don’t know why this place is rated so low! It’s a hidden gem. The food is AWESOME. I’ve had their sandwiches, steak, and desserts and everything was delicious and fresh. The people that work there have always been nice to us, so I honestly don’t know what the rant on service is about. I don’t give that many reviews on Unilocal but this place is SO good, I just couldn’t let it go unheard of. Besides the food being great, employees friendly– the atmosphere to eat in is very, very chill. Have some wine and grab something from the menu or deli– it’s a nice place to sit and eat as well.

Been here 6 times and is very very good. Parrillada for 1 is good for 2 people. It brings the following: 1 vacio 1 costila 1 chicken breast 1 morcilla or chorizo. One side and salad. All taste great. They also have empanadas. My favorite is the one called capresse. They have a huge selection of wine at liquor store prices and samething for drinks. 5 stars give them a shot !!

This used to be called La Estancia, and I made a review a couple of months back. My opinion has not changed, it continues to be delicious and they have awesome daily lunch specials for around $ 6.99−8.99. On my last visit, I ordered the chicken marsala with rice, lentils, and a side of vegetables and it came with a drink. It was delicious! All for $ 7, I also shared the dessert and it was very fresh and yummy. I recommend it to all my friends.
