Sprint By Direct Store

Had to wait an hour for someone to see us but it’s was so ridiculous we left. And there was only three people ahead of us and did not even care to acknowledge us the whole entire time. Save your time and go somewhere else. Horrible service!

This is NOT a Sprint store but a ‘preferred’ retailer or whatever the proper term is for it. It is definitely less crowded than a standard Sprint store but that’s about the end of its qualities.
After weeks of research of different cell plans and other carriers, different phones, etc (I am a heavy researcher) we opted for the new Framily plan but waited to replace my wife’s phone. Keep in mind we were able to upgrade at any time but we decided to wait until she decided in what she wanted.
So when she had her mind made up on an iphone we went down there to get one. They were quick to help us, but as soon as the process started they tried to force us into trading in her current phone, and said we didn’t qualify for an upgrade unless we did. They offered us a mere $ 20 for an iphone 4, which isn’t much at all. Something just didn’t feel right about this place. So we left. Got home to call sprint, there was no requirement to trade in my wife’s phone and her new iphone is on the way no thanks to this place.
While browsing I noticed their pricing on accessories were ridiculously high, but that’s the norm with pretty much any retail store that isn’t amazon.
Anyway, never going back here.
