I go to this panda a lot! I just left right now service was horrible. The Caucasian lady that was there was very rude. I told her mushroom chicken was very salty and she gets offended by it. She said next time ask for a sample before you order. I was like why don’t you guys taste it before you put it out she said it was against store policy. Wow!!! Thank God there was another customer who ordered mushroom chicken and totally agreed with me that it was too salty. Customer service is offering the customer something else.

I have been to this Panda Express a number of times and I have always gotten good service and my food is always hot. My son loves their orange chicken so I know I’ll be back. Sometimes you are in the line for a while, but I don’t mind the wait as long as my food is hot.

The worst panda express I have been. Not worth of $$$ food you paid 4. Portions to small like feeding a kindergarden. Its looks like to me server was like counting slowly how many long beans/​meat she going to put inside my to go box. LoL. Seriously! Was my first and last will NOT return again. I should have review Unilocal first before going here.

Service was good but the food was awful. The noodles and rice were awful. The Orange chicken tasted the same but the rest of the items weren’t good at all. Broccoli beef, mushroom chicken, fried rice, noodles, and the Kung pao chicken all awful. Another writer spoke about how the clean the restaurant was and I have to agree with that. It was clean. Now time to work on the food.

I just went to panda express and order orange chicken and beef and broccoli. I took it to go. When I got home I discovered I apparently must have ordered just broccoli because there was not one piece of beef to be found in there. I had another order of black pepper chicken and that only had two piece of chicken and the rest veggies. I won’t be returning there unless I go in and watch how much they place in the container.

I appreciate the cleanliness… that’s about it. The food is not what I expected from a Panda Express. I would grade just below average compared to other locations. The chow mein had a burned flavor to it. Brought it to the manager’s attention but he simply mixed the bowl and didn’t even bother giving it a taste. How do you know what you’re serving your clients? The staff member offered to give me another serving… of the same burned tasting chow mein (SMH). Lack of training, I guess. Nonetheless, I crave the orange chicken once in a while so I won’t completely write them off. It’s just.ok. Wish they would have at least tasted the noodle. Now they’re serving it to other customers. Oye!

Zero stars if there was a choice! Servers left out the terriyaki chkn in my 3 entrees order! I dumped receipt away in their garbage bc I thought every item was tucked into its place! Guessed wrong! When I called they stated I needed the receipt! R u freakin kidding! It’s Chpy terriyaki chkn that they left out! So no help. Ate the $ 8.30 w only two entrees! Most
$$$ chinese take out ever! First n last time there. Golden chopsticks sooo much better in customer service n serving! Chk out how little $ 8.30 will get u here…

They don’t get any better even with bad reviews. Drive thru is slow and is always forgetting food. This time they forgot both entrées but was already home so not worth it to go back.. Food is cold most of the time…

I dont get to come to panda express often but when I do… I enjoy the food and people!!! They are great and the beef broccoli is just yum mm!!! When I come here everyone is nice and get me out of there quick. They are awesome!!!

If I could I would give it zero starts. Place is horrible we’ve been here multiple times with long wait times and everything comes out cold! I guess I never learn my lesson but I stopped in again today and ordered a 2 entrée plate with broccoli beef and teriyaki chicken, I get home and guess what it was cold and NO teriyaki chicken! This place is horrible avoid it if you can and stop somewhere else these people don care.

Just went through the drive through, spent $ 24 dollars, brought the food home to the kids, they will not even eat it because it is awful. Tastes like it has been sitting for hours. Plus they forgot one of my side dishes. What a waste of money.
We have been going here since they opened, it was great in the beginning,. The last few times the food quality has been awful. We will not be going back. You just lost a great customer.

Absolutely terrible. They appear to be severely understaffed. Lines can get really long, waited 15 minutes once just to get one plate. Also, their portion sizes are terrible. panda has never been known to be generous in that department, but this Panda in particular was really bad when it comes to portion sizes. Won’t be coming here in the future.

Fresh review, what happened tonight really pissed me off. Order 2 entrée and paid but wait for one teriyaki to come out and was told they’d bring to my table. But after 15 mins when I almost finished everything. NOTHING. then asked if they’ve forgotten something. They were like «what ?who you?» At last showed them my receipt and got my teriyaki to go. Horrible service, panda should’ve fired them all. But wait. Seems every panda got the same level of poor customers rating on Unilocal.but they do not give a SHIT. Unilocalers saw this review. Avoid this place.

Great place if you want some Chinese quickly at decent prices. Service can get a little messy at times, had to repeat my order a couple times in one visit. As long as you order a combo its quite affordable for what you get, the entrée’s alone tend to get pricey. Overall I recommend it to anyone.

They barely speak English. Pay an dollar extra for shrimp and get a smaller portion. Very small portions for the price. Placing your order reminds me of an SNL skit.
The location is very clean and the food is good but the service is lacking. Ordered 3 piece combo the lady put the food onto the plate then another lady walked up and took off three pieces of the beef and did the same to the walnut shrimp. Talk about portion control went from a nice looking meal to yikes what is this. I have to say they have NO clue about guest service.
