I just recently moved to Minooka and I never really went to Dunkin Donuts where I lived before but I started to because it was close. Anyways this location is always busy. Always in the morning anyways. I disagree with a lot of the other reviews when they say they received poor service. This must have been addressed because I ordered 5 munchkins, a coffee, and a bagel. I had my 2 year old in the back seat who was waiting quite impatiently for her 2 munchkins in the long line. The young girl got me the munchkins before I even gave her my money and started talking directly to my daughter about her sunglasses and how yummy her munchkins would be. My daughter chilled out and laughed. I work in customer service and I was impressed! I almost slipped her my business card to tell if she ever was looking for a job to call me and I would interview her!
If they had customer service issues they are working hard to train their employees. They have my business!

This Dunkin used to be fantastic with a fun crew who was fast. Lately the service is slow and the staff members can’t get my order right. There are so many other nearby Dunkin locations (including a good one farther down Ridge). Skip this one.

Every single person who works here has a stank ass attitude. Went through the drive thru the other day and a man was working on the sign so he said no worries its still working so u can still order here. So we sat and waited for someone to take our order… nothing. I said hello? A few times. Nothing. So figured it wasnt working and drove up to the window. Waited there. No one. Finally a young girl came up to the window, attitude in tow, and said yes? I explained how we sat at the drive thru and no one answered us and her reply… .“and?” Little girl. Ur lucky i had the patience to not treat ur ass right then and there. She hair flipped me eye rolled it and went to go make my drink. For that im done going there. Get some new teeny boppers who dont have awful attitude and ill consider spending my money there.

This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts. The employees are rude and the food is always horrible. I end up throwing it away. The coffee drinks always have way too much sugar. Definitely do not recommend going here!

I’m still in disbelief over how Minooka has changed. The cashier who served me had a tiny mushroom tattooed behind her ear. :-)
