I’ve been there 3 or 4 times now, and no one knows what is going on. I had to explain the bungee cords on the deck of a kayak, and they sell kayaks, finally found a kit, but the bungee was a bit short. Then I said I needed to replace the handles, and first they sold me an elastic cord, but it was the right size. Elastic cords are not good for tying down your boat on the roof of your car, with a foam block kit, it creates play in system and your kayak can move. Today I went back with a piece of the correct size cord, he was clueless, I dragged him over to the kayaks to try to explain. Then we went back and first he tried to sell me less the length I asked for and then even with the sample, «the expert» sold me the wrong width of cord. It’s like it wasn’t a big enough sale for him do give a damn. I have to find a place that knows something.

6÷27÷15 My husband went to the Wayzata Blvd. location to inquire about a muffler for his jet boat. The two employees laughed at him and said you can buy them from the manufacturer. He was looking for something specific and they again laughed at him. You have catalogs! They never once offered to help him look up the item to see whether or not you carry what he wanted. I guess they were too busy laughing to do their job. You might want to consider more reliable help. They surely don’t represent your business very well. I guess that too is a laughing matter!

Just about everything you could need for boating is in this store. Staff was helpful in locating the 5 to 6 items I needed. They have a ton of marine ropes, bumpers, boat cleaners, towables and everything in between. From doing some research online, they aren’t usually the lowest price, but again they will have what you are looking for.
