Attitude.
I usually buy online since I’m small and online petite sections are more thorough. I’ll get a couple different sizes of things and then return what doesn’t fit. My review for this place is based solely on the service I’ve received during returns.
Anyway, the shop is staffed by a bunch of 40-​something, chubby, suburban divorcees with attitude. The catty girls from HS got married, got divorced and got jobs here. Notice I didn’t say «grew up» in there at all.
I get lackluster instructions to check out their sales and when I peruse the racks after the return — just because I happen to be in the store — someone tails behind me, fussing over each garment I touched. I’d rather go to Southdale or downtown locations, much friendlier staff.
