If you are looking for a great group of doctors, look no further. This place is the best. Love their business model enabling them to individualize medicine to each patient. These doctors really care and it shows. We had many issues with getting my MIL proper care from other doctors. Since we were referred to Dr. Brown at Southdale Internal Medicine, we’ve had no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend purchasing the extra level of care for a small fee each year – it gives you great access to your doctor and it’s well worth it. I could not rate this group more highly. We feel extremely lucky to have found them!

I saw Dr Jacob Liston for helping me to find the cause of my anemia. He has a great and genuinely caring bedside manner. He takes the time to address all your concerns and doesn’t make you feel stupid for asking. You can typically get in to see him in a reasonable time. The ladies in the office are nice but it took one of the nurses 4 times to get my blood and lots of brusing later. If you go, ask for the russian lady with short brown hair she is the one who knows how to draw blood, otherwise good luck.
**Edited, Dr Liston helped me deal with thyroid and Hpylori problems, He truly listens cares and is the best internal med dr around! Super bedside manner, TOP DOC!
