Fairview Crosstown in my experience is awful. The wait time is long and with the exception of the front desk staff, the staff are disinterested and make assumptions before getting the information. They appear judge mental and like they are too busy to take time to hear what the patient is saying and needing. I will be looking elsewhere for my care.

20 minutes on hold, then call back and all the lines busy. Why wouldn’t they hire enough people to answer their phones??? Very bad way to run a business.

I have tried multiple times to see a doctor in this clinic only to be told that «everyone is completely booked, but they can see me two weeks from today.»
The people who do the booking for the appointments over the phone are at a call center and are extremely rude. The people I have talked to would not even look to see if an appointment was available until I had spent almost 15 minutes on the phone giving them all of my personal information… what a waste of time!
I’m done trying to see anyone here… it’s simply not worth the headache.

The doctors here (at least mine) are as good as they get. The doctors care about you, more than most DR’s do. My DR has gotten to know all about my life, and considers all parts if my life in their diagnosis. I’m glad that I go to this clinic. They are flexible in making appointments but prefer that they are scheduled in advance.
