A really good place for a burger. I love the sweet potato tater tots. Service is excellent — this is newly remodeled so it looks great too.

Best burger in Minneapolis! Turkey burger was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had.

Visited last night. The malt was decent, nothing spectacular. The appetizers were good, we had onion rings, loaded tater tots. And cheese curds. They were fried perfectly, didn’t taste like dirty oil. The fish and chips and burgers were good. My biggest complaint was the service. It wasn’t busy at all. It took 10−15mins for the server in our area to ask us if we had been helped. He seemed to be helping the tables in our section… so no, we hadn’t been helped. Shortly after that a couple walked out after only having water. They had been there for nearly 30 mins without getting any attention other than waters. Our friend, who is also a server was tempted to get up and help the poor kid with the section. It took nearly an hour to get our entrées. Without the decent food, this would be a 1 star.

Burgers here are really good! We came on a Monday so it was pretty dead. I ordered a basic cheeseburger to test things out. I have to say it was very good and we will be back. Pus not at all expensive. Give it a try! I’d hate to see this place close.

It seems a bit quiet for lunch, but he service was competent and the food was tasty. In my four days in Minnesota for business, I had four juicy-​style burgers and the Patty Wagon did not disappoint. They do have Not Your Father’s Root Beer and overall it’s clean and has convenient parking.

The food is good. Our waitress was pleasant. How ever don’t ask for a substitution without a ridiculous up charge. They are not flexible at all. We wanted the fish and chips without the coleslaw and fries and wanted the small garden salad instead. They still wanted to charge us $ 2.50 extra for one less item. Manager would not even budge and was pretty rude about it. I wont be returning because it is apparent pleasing the customer is at the bottom of their list. You would think an empty double dining room restaurant would want happy customers returning and spending more money.

The food was great. The blue cheese dressing on the salad was home made and very good. The burger was great and cooked just how I asked.
The service was not the best. The place was not very busy and it took me a long time to get my order in.

This place is great! Burgers are awesome, but cheese curds are my favorite. Good place to take the family, kids menu and portions are good. Sunday kids eat free, with adult meal purchase.

Stopped in for an early dinner. Service was great and our burgers were very good! Cooked to order and accompanied by fresh and hot fries and onion rings. Great prices. Will definitely go back.

Good prices and overall good burgers but nothing «out of this world». I would suggest getting the tater tots because they cook them «just right» Brown but not burnt and they are not greasy. Overall the service was good and the waitress was friendly. I would go back to try other items.

Yum! This is probably now my favorite burger joint! The restaurant environment is enjoyable and our server, Matt, was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the stuffed Porky Wagon and if I did something like this again I would order the Patty Wagon which is a similar, but much smaller, version of the Porky Wagon. I didn’t care for the pulled pork that goes on the burger or the BBQ sauce on their own but after I put it on the burger it was really really good! I left with half of my food in a box and I still managed to overeat because it was so good I didn’t want to stop.
We also ordered the loaded tator tots and all of us loved them as well. I also had waffle fries with my burger that were perfect. Their fryer is set at the perfect temp because the tots and fries all were perfectly crisp.
It is a little spendy which is the only bummer about the place so while we won’t be able to go back as often as we’d like I wholeheartedly confirm that yes, yes yes… we will be back for sure!

Great spot for burgers, fries etc. Beer and a full bar. They know how to use their deep fryer for tots, fries etc. They were terrific and not soft and soggy. I recommend this spot, I rarely do.

After reading some positive reviews we decided to try the place. It was ok, but nothing special. The service was fairly attentive, but she was kind of spacey and we had to ask for things multiple times. The burgers were nothing to brag about though. It won’t be a return trip for us.

After receiving a flyer in the mail and seeing the good reviews here, I decided to suggest the Patty Wagon to a group of my friends in order to support a local neighborhood establishment. We were looking for a place for a group of 6 of us (plus 2 kids) to watch the Women’s World Cup. I had contacted the Patty Wagon ahead of time to ask if this was something they could accommodate and they enthusiastically told me that we should come in. When we got there however, we asked if the TV sound could be turned up so we could hear the game. The TV was turned up slightly. When we politely asked if the music could be turned down so that we could hear the TV, we were told that that was not possible. So we couldn’t hear anything but a mix of talking and music, which drowned each other out.
The service we received was good; our food took a long time to come out, but our server apologized ahead of time and told us the kitchen was swamped because so many people ordered at the same time. As we waited for our food, the room got extremely warm and muggy. We noticed a haze forming and it got uncomfortable. The food was decent. 5 out of 6 of us ordered burgers and we all agreed our meals were average, but nothing spectacular. I pulled out the flyer we received in the mail which had a couple of coupons on them. Our server noticed this and told us that her manager won’t let us use more than one coupon per table, even though there were 3 separate couples in our group and we were paying separately. I thought this came off as really cheap and tacky, especially since our large group had been patronizing the restaurant for a couple hours, ordering a lot of beers and food. There was no mention of this rule on the coupon either. They upcharged you for a lot of small items that usually come standard with a burger, as another reviewer had noted. The worst was a $ 2.50 upcharge from regular fries to waffle fries? The whole experience left me with a bad impression of the management/​owners. It was clear they were more interested in profits and didn’t care much about their customers, which I would have thought would be important for a new restaurant. We will not be returning.

I would have given this place more stars if we did not get such poor service. They were not even that busy at all. It took the server 30 minutes to come back to our table after we placed our order & we were thirsty and on a time limit.
But the food was really good. We had the Four Alarm Burger and the Speed Limit burger, waffle fries and seasoned dip also the sweet potato tots, really good!

We’ve eaten here a few times now since they opened and have not been disappointed. We are working our way through the menu. My favorites are the wings and brownie sundae for dessert, but the burgers are absolutely delicious as well. Service has been top notch

Stopped for lunch and left very happy. They have not officially spread the word that they are now open so it was pretty quite. I will be back with the hubby and kids in tow because this is a great family place. Kids 12 and under eat free on Sunday’s! You must have the sweet potato tater tots with chipotle mayo when you go… my new addiction!

If you like burgers. You have to come here, they are juicy and full of flavor and worth every bite. This place has a great atmosphere and nice all the way around. Only thing it needs more are TVs where patrons eat at the bar which they have next door.
