Meh I came here because I ran out of my ginseng vials. The dude working complained the entire time about how he wasn’t supposed to be working and about the system not working properly. I work in customer service as a Store Manager the worst thing you can ever do is complain about your Job to the customer. The entire transaction took nearly 5 minutes for me to purchase 3 items and all the cashier did was complain the entire time. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I forgot to order my usual protein powder so figured I’d stop by GNC to get some to hold me over. I haven’t been in a GNC in ages and asked the salesperson where the protein powder was. He looked at my like I was an idiot and waved his arms around the whole backwall to signal that they were all there. I asked for my specific brand, they didn’t have it. Asked for a different type and he walked me to a totally different section in the front of the store and showed me it. He then asked what my goals are and that he’s a personal trainer so he’s really interested in peoples goals. I told him I’m just looking to maintain my weight. He then goes on to tell me in order to do that I need to be eating 1200 calories because I’m a woman and started calculating my macros. Thanks, but no thanks. I politely told him that I eat 1600kcal + calories I burn during exercise and that I’ve been maintaining for 3+ years. He said I was completely wrong and I was going to gain weight because I’m a woman and only need 1200kcal a day. I quickly left and ordered my protein powder online.

Very unhelpful cashier. All I wanted was to replace a different flavor of the quest bar. I could of just returned the stuff I bought since he’s just cocky but I didn’t. Very bad customer service.
