I really love this place. I was building a loft for my son in college, and went looking for a small set of ¼ inch pins to align the frame to the headboard to make assembly a one person job. First to Menards, then to Home Depot, yada yada yada and yes, finally to Frattalone’s. I will start there first next time.

Staff doesn’t know what products they have. When found, their price is higher than other Ace Hardware stores. «If they have different owners, they can set their own prices!», I was told. They won’t price match, even to other Ace Hardware stores.

When I say I’m going to the «hardware store» I ain’t talking ‘about no Home Depot junk. Ace is so legit.
Okay, so they don’t have a lumberyard or a tropical garden center or a Halloween haunted hall or a spot where you can turn the lights on and off or a space where you can pull shades up and down… but their people know their stuff.
I go here for paint, yard tools, gardening tools, plumbing parts and impulse buys. Just the other day I stopped in for black spray paint and ended up buying some trays for my veggie sprouts and a pitchfork!
These employees recognize me and and are always friendly and helpful. If only they had a bar it would be like Cheers.

A great great store for someone who doesn’t always know what they are doing! The staff here is just tremendous. They ALWAYS have what I want and need. Higher prices, but worth it.

Staff quickly helped me find the item I needed for a repair and then pointed out some other good deals. Yes, I know that’s good salesmanship, but it was not high pressure, and I really was out of light bulbs!

I’m going to up Frattalone’s ACE to 5 star review. I just purchased my snowblower there and I couldn’t be happier. Everytime I go in, I get phenomenal service, regardless of what I am buying. This is a company that just gets it, and if service matters to you, Fratalone’s ACE is the place
