This is the most miserably awful chipotle i’ve ever been to. Like when you go to a chipotle usually there’s one or two employees who don’t give a shit, but I haven’t met one at this location yet who does. They don’t even try. And definitely don’t go there after 9pm as you’ll be lucky if they have half their ingredients. If I could give them zero stars I would. Stay away!

The food is delish of course, I love Chipotle. However, the Chipotle in Brooklyn Park frustrates me. Everytime I come here, some of the staff must be on break or their shift has ended, they are so loud and disruptive it’s annoying. The music is too loud so they are trying to be louder than the music to talk to one another. There is no professionalism with the staff not working.

The food is good as always but it is always jammed packed. I always order my food online so I don’t have to wait in lines but today was another time that I waited over 15 minutes after my time and ended up going after all the people who came and went. I paid for my food right after the guys who was waiting in front of me for 10 minutes before our time. What a shame and such slow service. I don’t know if I will ever go back during lunch time.

Never seen no line at lunch at a chipotle. There was no line. Asked for fajita in my bowl instead of beans, they were out– at lunch! After 5 min, honestly, I was told they needed to mix fajitas and it would be a while. No one was in any sort of hurry. I had to leave, I only get a half hour for lunch. That sucked!!!

Have been having constant problems with their on line ordering. Once in 6 visits has the food been ready on time. I show up and then have to wait while they make the order. I have communicated this to Chipotle each time and have been sent free food coupons with assurances that they are going to resolve this. Of course they have not. I like their product buy their on line service is the WORST and they appear incapable of solving it. Today was my last visit.

Slowest chipotle! They were giving half meat portions the. Overfilled scoops of salsa. The pico had been sitting for awhile. The music was so loud I was telling my order and having to repeat myself and yell to stop them from grabbing the wrong thing. This is the third bad experience we’ve had in a row. I am embarrassed for chipotle right now. I never want to eat there again. Management and staff are rude.

I always enjoy chipotle food. The staff at this location are incredibly rude, they don’t listen and they are rushing everyone which causes mistakes. I was in today for lunch and the person in front of me had two bowls to order and the first woman continuously rolled her eyes at him and then said something like«it’s our lunch rush you need to hurry up». Then when it was my turn I asked for brown rice, got white and tried to say I wanted brown but she had already pushed my bowl to the next person. Then I said three times the items I wanted on my bowl — corn salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce and the employees were so worried about moving quickly that they had to take the lid off my bowl twice because they didn’t put my items on my bowl. This also happened to the gentleman in front of me who had gotten harassed for ordering more than one bowl. This is the only chipotle near my work, but I won’t be returning. Disappointing.

I love me some Chipotle, but this particular store has a major issue in that the servers here are incredibly slow. For a place that doesn’t have lines going out the door like some other locations I’ve been to, they seem to be constantly running out of things — rice, meat, lettuce, you name it. And they never have any back up prepped to immediately replace stuff that runs out, causing line back-ups or people standing awkwardly against the back railing. The biggest faux pas so far? They ran out of lettuce — shouldn’t be a big deal, at least you don’t have to wait for them to cook, just bring out of fresh container. The manager(I’m assuming she is, shorter Latino gal), very slowly meanders her way to the back to get a new thing of lettuce, very slowly replaces the empty one… once replaced, she doesn’t immediately pile the lettuce on my bowl, which is literally the only thing it’s missing, and hubby and I had been waiting several minutes at this point — for lettuce! And when she finally does get it on there, she gives me so much extra I’m trying to imagine how I’ll be able to stir the thing without flinging leaves everywhere. As another reviewer said, the staff is friendly but they seem unhurried in everything they do. Even picking up an online order seems to take longer than average. I’m not sure what the deal is. Unfortunately they’re the closest to my house and on my way home from work, so I guess I’ll have to deal with it :/

The only fast food joint I would frequent. I’m a huge Chipotle fan but this location needs work. The place looked like a tornado went through it with crap all over the tables, and the staff seemed pretty indifferent. The food quality was fine, but not what I’ve come expect from Chipotle.

Oh Oh! Prices up and portion size lesser– the value equation shifts downward. Still good flavors though and the line moves smoothly. After years of heaping rice, beans and chicken the servers are more ‘deliberate.’ The serving spoons are smaller it seems. Here’s a funny one– a PATRON(oh boy!!) marguerita cost $ 7.15– the same as a steak burrito. The markup(read profit margin) on booze must be amazing.

I usually love Chipotle, but I was disappointed with my dinner tonight. I ordered two bags of chips and two guacamoles along with a chicken bowl and a chicken burrito. Everything tasted pretty good except for the guacamole. Huge chunks of avocado, which normally I would love, but something was just not right with the guacamole tonight. It tasted funny, and the texture was suspect. We couldn’t even finish it :(

Fast. Fast. Fast. That is my experience at this Chipotle. The several times I’ve gone in, they have had at least four people working the line. Once there were five people back there. Last time I went in, I followed seven people. I thought to myself, «Self, prepare to wait while these people figure out what they want.» To my amazement, I had my first bite of burrito three minutes later. That’s fast.
