Why is a customer feeding one of the baristas his oat meal over the counter as I stand there waiting?
I wasn’t acknowledged until she tapped someone else to help me as her mouth was full of food as the dude stood there. Boyfriend maybe? Doesn’t matter!
Ugh… People are oblivious to customer service these days!

The customer service was great at this Caribou. I was looking for espresso beans for my Keurig machine. I had no idea what I was looking for or that I needed to have the beans ground. The cashier was very helpful in explaining what I needed.

Nice, clean store. Friendly but occasionally clueless help. Pastries are standard for coffee chains – baked fresh that morning… somewhere. They are pretty good but not outstanding, and the selection tends to be small.
Coffee is excellent. Points off for serving all beverages in disposable cups.

I don’t tend to frequent Caribou Coffee houses, but I tried this one just because it had been a while since my last one… Same experience; things taste good, but really SWEET. Of all the coffee chains, Caribou tends to sugar everything a little more than the others.

This is my favorite Caribou Coffee in the west metro. The manager Angela is super friendly to everyone who walks in the door and knows many of the regulars by name.
