We came in after race day and chiles was busy as usual. Sonia was sure to get all 8 of us seated before the estimated wait time. Sonia and her co worker Casey even prepped the tables for us. Excellent customer service and we will definitely Be back. Thanks guys !

Driving through Mineral Wells there aren’t many choices for good quality food that don’t involve batter and a deep fryer. I was in the mood for steak and although there are a few locally owned steak places in town, I decided to stay with a national chain to avoid a bad experience. This Chili’s is a smaller floor plan than the big city version. Super cozy feeling. I ordered the crusted Choice sirloin with ancho-garlic rub, chopped green onions on a bed of asparagus, garlic roasted tomatoes. Requested medium and it was cooked medium well to well done. I’m not super picky when it comes to this particular cut. It’s not prime rib! Flavor of the steak was really nice and offered a great value. The seasoning on the steak was a succulent blend of tart and buttery notes. Super delicious. Management was very apologetic and offered to make it right but I explained I simply was critiquing for training purposes for the kitchen. The true star was the server! Her name is Siedah. She greeted our table with a great smile and always made sure that we were taken care of. Super professional and knowledgeable she at one point offered to find out if a certain sauce on the menu had sugar in it. People like her that are so engaged in their service, is the reason that people come back to restaurants. I was treated like I mattered. She is truly an asset to the Chili’s brand image! Great experience.

I am 36 years old and have never wrote an online review in my life, but i just cannot let this one go. This Chilis has terrible terrible terrible customer service. We went to eat here for my sons birthday. The food was decent except for the Mac and chz my son ordered with his steak. It was terrible! The only fix the manager offered was to take $ 1 off of my ticket and charge me $ 6 additional dollars to sub it for regular mac and chz(a kids meal price). To top that off they charged me for the kids meal, again $ 6 added to my ticket, and didn’t want to bring me the side and the drink that is supposed to come with it. They said you had to be under 12 to receive the side and the drink, not that it should matter since they were charging me the full kids meal price, but my son is 12!!! Even better, the mac and chz came in a bowl the size of a side dish NOT the size of the kids meal dish. The manager said«it’s corporate, there is nothing i can do about it.» Well, I know too many people in the restaurant business and have worked in it myself to know that’s a bold face lie. That manager was rude RUDE and was obviously just trying to throw her weight around. She is definitely in the wrong profession if she wants to behave that way. I did not get her name but for«corporate» information we were there 10÷13÷15 around 9:00 pm.

This chili’s location is one of the better ones we have been to. Our waitress Sietta was on the ball! The staff seems to really work as a team rather than just waiting on the tabels they were given. Our food is always just the way we order it… and it’s fresh and our drinks always stay full.

I’ve only visited this restaurant once, but honestly I thought it was pretty good. You know, your standard Chili’s. The watermelon lemonade is fantastic and refreshing. Oh and it’s a great place to grab a bite before the ghost walks at the historical Baker Hotel that’s just down the street :)

Yesterday I got Chili’s To Go for my staff meeting. I had the new Margarita Bowl. Half the ingredients were missing. No avocado, no sour cream sauce. The field greens were substituted with romaine lettuce. There was only a little but of lettuce and a pile of rice. The rest of the food was also very poor quality and described by my staff as flavorless. I wonder if the food in the restaurant has also stooped to this or if they only do this with To Go orders. After all, after you get the food home, who is going back to get the order fixed?

Today we ate at Chili’s. We had vowed not to go again, but the family wanted to. We had a waitress named Danielle who was absolutely terrible. She served the wrong food, served the wrong food to the wrong people, and although we talked to the manager, they would not taking anything off the bill. The waitress did not know the menu, and there were seven of us and we were not served at the same time. We did not give a tip, but I will give you one… NEVER go there! This is one of the worse cafes I have ever been to, and I have traveled all over the USA!
