3 stars, means I’ll go back but not particularly impressed.
Hey it’s a haircut chain, I got what I expected for a decent price and have gone back several times when I’m driving by and feel like I should get a haircut. Other person said there was a long wait but I’ve personally never had to wait and never made appointments.
The staff I’ve seen are younger so maybe that means less experienced but with «art» not sure that matters too much. They were moderately friendly and the hair cut as at least satisfactory.

I have been a fan of this Supercuts for about 5 years now. There are times when I could give it 4-​stars… but typically most of my experiences there earn it a 5-​stars rating! Jessica, Kaitlin, and Kim are all great-​to-​excellent stylists, as well as lovely, positive people. I always leave there happy with my haircut, pleased with the courtesy I was shown, and appreciative of the balance of quiet while getting my hair enjoyably washed with pleasant conversation during styling.

Customer service is not in their vocabulary apparently. Left and won’t be returning

Fantastic haircuts for both men and women, experienced staff that are friendly and chatty, but no TOO chatty– This Supercuts location is a winner in my book. I’ve come in here a couple of times with my longer-​haired better half. It’s great to have the stylist start on the prep work on her hair (with the dying and other stuff), then switch to give me a quick trim while the dye is setting. Nice way to get people in and out the door, maximizing profit for the business, whilst minimizing wait time for customers.
The location is in an odd area, pretty close to a bunch of nondescript business and it would be easy to miss if you didn’t look it up ahead of time (but that’s why you’re here, right???).
