I called to find out if they had an item & upon making it 1 minute before closing, I was denied service. I will never even attempt to shop at this store again! Thank you!

I’ve been coming here regularly for 3 years. Sometimes they’re friendly, sometimes they want to hide from you, sometimes they seem annoyed. You really never know who you’re gonna get. To be honest though, I come to the store for specific products and I always know what I’m coming in for, so customer service isn’t a huge factor. I feel grateful just having a Sally’s within walking distance. It’s nice being able to stock up on hair care and find a decent pair of clippers on the fly, ya dig?

Honestly my experiences here are pretty neutral, I know a decent amount about hair dye so the inexperienced tellers are an «alright» navigation. This review is about Sadie specifically. She was WONDERFUL. She knew all her stuff, from toner to developer to what would happen if I were impatient with my dyeing process; she was kind and patient with me. Knowledgeable to no end! Go to her with any questions and you will not be lead astray. I was on the fence about returning to Sally’s until this interaction. Seriously, she holds up the chain. Great, fantastic, phenomenal experience.

This was my first visit to this location to set up my student account. I wouldn’t necessarily say that the staff was rude, but they definitely were not personable. In fact, just being in there made me uncomfortable due to the negative vibe of the employees.

I got a little stressed at work the other day. I told everyone I needed to step outside for a minute, wanted to get some fresh air and maybe take a walk around the building. Back in five, everyone! Once outside, though, I realized I had my keys in my pocket and BOOM, I was in the car. Thought I’d take a teeny drive around the office park, come right back. Instead, somehow I ended up pulling into a Princess Parking Spot right in front of Sally Beauty Supply and started dumping stuff into my basket like I was on Supermarket Sweep. New hair dryer(’bout time, last time I bought one was at least a decade ago), several nail polishes, sparkly hair clips, shampoo, eyebrow pencils, lip gloss, and of course– some rhinestones for my nails. I had dreamed up a super sweet Blazers-themed manicure and Sally had everything I needed to make that possible. They’ve got pretty much anything you need to dye your hair, rouge your face, or cut your cuticles; not many categories in the world of cosmetology they’ve left ignored. They have stuff for guys, too. The gals working were very friendly and offered to help me twice. I must have looked dazed and confused. Loading my bags into the car, I realized I may have been gone more than the five minutes I’d advertised to everyone… that’s what happens when you get easily distracted by sparkly things.
