I’m going to give them 4 stars right now. I just found this place and placed an order. They where super nice, They called me to see how to ship my order, since I live where we don’t get regular mail service, we all have to go to the post office, this company called me No one has ever done that. We will see how the oils are.
So I will say Great customer service Trish.

Great customer service! I broke the thermometer from a copper still I purchased from them as a result of my own negligence. I called them to order a replacement and they sent me one at no charge!
