The good: resident doctor is nice and courteous, She is patient and accomodating and doesnt cut any corners or rush you. The receptionist is sweet and polite. The bad: The sales staff is horrific, It felt like I was in a car dealership like the sort which deals with the credit challenged people. Ghastly customer service and they are absolutely clueless how and how much an insurance will pay. They had a sign saying $ 19.99 for eye exam and when they handed me a bill it magically said $ 58.00, even Sigfried and Roy will be confused as in how the exam fees tripled but not Visionworks! They said it was some sort of ‘Contact lens fitting fees’. Anyways we didn’t want to argue with them and spoil our day. The bottomline, lenscrafters is much better and professional.
