Not a bad stop when I really needed a weekend haircut. I was at the Starbucks across the street and noticed it, thus saving me time from having to send a search party out in Brookfield to look for a viable barbershop or salon. I normally get a double zero bald fade, light on the top. Very difficult to mess up, yet folks seem to not fade the outside lines in correctly or not have the right type of blade to do a double zero. The latter of which was true for my stylist on this visit. While she faded my hair the way that I preferred, it would have been nice to have had the double zero. Either which way, the haircut turned out fine. My stylist was a well-tattooed slender female from Chicago, who was personable & polite. The waiting time was minimal for a walk-in(about 15 – 18 minutes), which was not bad for an early Saturday afternoon. Supercuts offers a loyalty card, which is something where you get a free haircut on the 8th or 10th cut. Certainly helps to start a night of Brady Street debauchery by stopping here to get a fresh haircut!

Probably the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had! Went there because my normal place is closed and I thought I would save a little money. I had a waxing, shampoo, and cut. The waxing really did nothing and the lady told me I should just go see someone else, however I was still charged, the stylist was coughing uncontrollably and whiling her nose, but never once washed her hands! It was horribly offensive. She didn’t try to make small talk, which if she was sick I understand but when I tried to do the talking she would cut me off. After my extremely rushed haircut, I asked for a thinning she scoffed and only cut twice, then just said there, done. Never said goodbye or even smiled through the whole experience. I wound up paying only a few dollars less than I normally would at my regular place. I don’t know which was worse the stylist’s attitude or her hygiene. I will never be back, and I recommend for your own health not to go either.

Great location makes this a convenient place to get a haircut. Brady and Farwell is on two bus lines, so whether I’m coming from home or school, I can get there fast. I’ve never had a long wait for a haircut, and I have always been able to request Christian(he does a great job on my thick, curly hair). The student price(with an ID) is $ 11.95, which is less than you would pay to have a cosmetology student at Aveda cut your hair, and I have always had a good haircut here. They have a loyalty card, and your free haircut comes after eight haircuts instead of 10 or 12.

So, disclaimer: I’m a dude. I get a #3 all around. It’s pretty hard to screw up. It’s a quick cut, and it’s not difficult. This place always has a wait. Then, I’m never quite happy with the cut. I usually have to have them fix the peaks and it makes me feel bad even though that’s what they are getting paid for. The prices are higher than others in the area, but if you’re getting something special done it might be better for you? While it’s convenient to go here, I don’t really want to. Like Uncle Joey in Full House, I’m ready to «Cut It Out» of my routine. Shave your money, and go elsewhere.

This is the worst place to get a haircut. The barber that cut my hair seems like doesn’t have any training or experience cutting hair as he could not even follow a simple instruction.

I have been to this particular location a couple of times I loved it. Their waxing services are pretty cheap and service is pretty prompt. Every 3months I get coupons in the mail from them and its worth it.
