Super high quality products and same staff. You cannot go wrong going here. I stopped for Uggs and was in-​and-​out with my purchase in minutes. Superb quality products and staff. Bravo.

Old school –someone to measure up those feet, lace up the shoes and put it on. It’s not cheap. It the quality is good.

I visited for the first time evah a few months ago. A foot injury left me with a wonky foot and I wanted to get a pair of shoes for my now hard-​to-​fit tootsies. I was helped by Thom and he devoted 100% of his time to find me 2 great pairs of shoes. I get complements on them every time I wear them, they fit my needs exactly and both are a super fit. He also showed my what style and construction to look for with my particular needs.
This is a full service atmosphere with a decent selection. You are not going to find high fashion here, but there are a lot of career, comfort, and athletic options. All of their shoes must be leather — no vinyl or man made. Not good news for vegans, but I prefer the comfort and health of leather, so good for me.
You may have to wait to be helped, but then you have the undivided attention of your salesperson. I did not find Thom to be pushy at all, in fact quite the opposite.
I have returned a few times, and while I did not purchase shoes each time (a girl’s gotta window shop) I was always greeted and made to feel welcome. (goldi’s and piccardy not so much.)
You will find better prices for their shoes online. But I have not seen better B&M prices. They carry a lot of brands that you will not see in other stores as well — Euro comfort shoes and the like…
I have also purchased scarves, socks, and a purse from them. All very good quality and good value.

Good variety very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prices could be better, seems like staff is commissioned based again, knowledgable just a bit salesy. Will be back, they carry lots of good tough to find brands.

I bought my first pair of expensive work shoes here… I was very happy with the service and how they looked. The staff was very knowledgeable and gave me a nice 5 minute education with how to care for my shoes. Although it was a sales pitch for me to buy more of their products, it was very informative and really helped me understand what needed to be done to keep these puppies shiny and fresh.
I have since bought 5 more pairs of shoes with them.
