Nick was cordial and forthright during the inspection of the home I am purchasing. He gave a thorough inspection, and was good company throughout. Concise explanations and justification for any notations he made, and gave me a complimentary guide to «operating» my home at the end! Great guy, and would definitely recommend him.

Being a first time home buyer I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect from a home inspection. Nick was awesome. He took his time to explain everything to me, and let me know what needed to be fixed sooner rather than later, how much it would be to fix things and whether or not it was something my husband and I could do ourselves. He was extremely thorough and took about 3 hours to look over our 1200 square foot house. I’d high recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Nick was extremely thorough — our inspection took over 3 hours (for a 1500 sq foot house). He pointed many things — some were bigger concerns, others are things that a motivated homeowner could easily take care of if they were handy. He did an excellent job of simply providing information and documenting his findings — our report was a detailed 44 page report with photos, suggested maintenance, and details on how the home compared to what was expected for homes of its age. This is my 2^nd home purchase, and compared to the first inspector it was night and day. We followed Nick around for the entire inspection, he explained what he was looking at and what he found — and always stressed that if we ever have questions — next week, next year, or in several years, to contact him. Bottom line — if I was selling a house, knowing that he was inspecting it would make me nervous… and that is a good thing (for a buyer).
