Accidentally signed up for the wrong location online. When I tried to cancel, they told me I needed to come in in person and fill out a form to stop my membership. Why could I sign up online but have to cancel in person? It’s sickening to see a company try to capitalize on an obvious error.

The free wifi never works. It’s so annoying.
The staff isn’t very friendly. Most of the time they’re annoyed you are talking to them. I guess talking to each other is more important to them.
Bathrooms and changing areas are really clean. Facility is clean and the other members are friendly.
