I despise small talk, but I LOVE small talk with this Russian. He delivers an experience from a barbershop scene straight out of a movie every time you go in. It’s hard to believe a place like this actually exists. My last haircut alone included: tales from the Soviet Union, an excerpt about a local man chasing an elderly woman in front of Glorioso’s with a bat, how cutting hair is like a mechanic specializing on a Volvo, and why living California absolutely sucks in comparison to Wisconsin. This barber is an instant classic. Not to mention he delivers a skilled, modern haircut.

Was looking for a place to get a haircut and stumbled upon this place, and I’m glad I did! The barber was very personable and gave me one of the greatest haircuts I have ever gotten! The guy was very talkative, but I really enjoyed that! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great haircut and great conversation!

This is a very nice man who entertains as he cuts hair. But there is more attention to conversation than hair cut. If you have hair and need your hair styled than Peter is not the place to go. If you have your hair cut with a shears and all you need is someone to use a shears Peter’s is a great place to go.

This is the neighborhood barber shop I’ve been looking for since moving to the area! No frills, great haircut, no appointment needed. Fair warning: It’s cash only, and expect a lot of talking… a LOT of talking. Great guy, though.

Aaron gives one heck of a haircut. Mind you, that I generally have my hair (what’s left of it) buzzed down to a 1 once a month or so. He did that and trimmed the beard and shaved the neck and made me all pretty, er, uh, handsome, er, uh, presentable.
Plus, he’s fun to talk to.

Not really sure what the barber’s name is. He is Russian and has a very strong accent. My latest haircut involved conversations ranging from his time in the Russian Army to our Las Vegas hijinks. As much as we talk, I would expect to have a better understanding of what we actually just talked about. Nevertheless, if you are a strapping sexy 25+ male, need a walk-​in establishment where you can get a great cut for a good price… this is your place.
