McDonald’s

Dont ever come to this mcdonalds they have the worst service the wait time is redicoulous and the people are so rude i ordered a mcwrap with no tomato crispy so i pulled to the window and they asked me if i would rather have grilled or there would be a wait so i kindly said i prefer crispy and would wait. Instantly the girl gave me attitude and looked very annoyed and the ten minute wait turned into 20 min also the staff making my food had put one tomato on top just to make me mad. After that i told myself to never go there again because this is not the first time they have messed up my order. Yesterday i go to order sodas for me and my friends somehow i get charged $ 7 for 4 sodas and a large fry when i never ordered a large fry this is ridiculous! Today we go for breakfast and i ask for a bacon egg and cheese meal the lady was nice asking me to see if we have it and then said we can give you the meal with a small fry. The whole point of me going to get mcdonalds breakfast is for the hash-​browns, after i just left with nothing in hand. Don’t ever get this mcdonalds its the worst!

This has become our most-​frequented McDonald’s since it’s closest to home. Most of the time they do just fine, but occasionally they do weird things. We don’t usually have any trouble if we dine in — it’s generally the drive-​through that’s the issue, if anything.
We like the atmosphere of this particular McDonalds, and it’s usually pretty clean and friendly.
The other night, we grabbed dinner here in the drive-​through and we ordered a 6 piece McNuggets meal. Somehow it got rung up by the cashier as a 4 piece Mighty Kids Meal, which is so not what we wanted. They were handing us this tiny drink and we know something was off… we corrected the issue with them, and they were nice enough not to change the price and just tossed in a medium fries with the Mighty Kids small fries, so bonus there. But they still got the drinks wrong after all that. Oye!
That’s an odd mess-​up though — typically we have no issue and go on our merry way.
