Terrible customer service. Food is your average jimmy johns. Delivery is slow. Try to avoid.

I ordered with my co-​workers today. I tried to use the app on Itunes but it’s having technical issues? I had to call in because I was using a credit card. I ordered a Tom turkey with avocado. I made sure not to go on my break until the sandwich arrives and it’s missing the avocado. I call and they assure me they will send me a new sub. At no time did they say I had to save the old sub which I discarded. I work in health care and there is no way I was digging through the garbage. I was pretty mad at this point because my break was now over and it was too late at this point. The driver told all of this to the «manager» and he gave me the sub. Please take a minute to train all of your employees. I didn’t know I would be getting the shake down on my sub. My co workers order here daily. Again this local is no where near my work and it does take a considerable time to get there. But again it’s very cheap.

Food = delicious. Service = crap. They took my order, charged my card, then called back 15 mins later to tell me we’re «out of their service area.» I live 5 minutes away… I usually am a little more sympathetic, but they handled this situation VERY poorly and it wasn’t the first time.

Well. Subs (sandwiches) are probably #5 on my top five favorite foods, not including desserts. I love a good, simple sandwich. And Jimmy Johns tends to hit the spot. And I really love their bread. It’s not stupid and gross-​tasting like Subways.
Oddly enough, I never go to this JJ, although it’s not far from me at all. I usually go to the one on Holt. However, lately I’ve been ordering online, which I love! And then having it delivered. And because Holt’s is closer I always just assumed that my online order came from Holt’s instead of KK.
Nope. And when they delivered the wrong sandwich I called Holt’s and was really confused.
Sooooo while I was on the phone with the manager figuring it out, she awkwardly was like, «okay we can get another one out to you {pause} but we’re going to need at least half the sandwich back.» Hahaha.
I immediately responded with, well you can most certainly have the whole thing because I didn’t eat it. She was awkwardly adamant about swapping and I assured her that I still had the sandwich. So I’m thinking ppl seriously must have eaten their sandwiches and tried to get a new one.
Anywho, she called KK and told them the situation and this brings me back to my KK review. The manager was extremely apologetic about the mistake and they promptly got my sandwich out to me. I happily switched out my wrong sub for the right one and all was well.
My gf raved about Jimmy Johns when we met in New England way back when. Not sure why ratings are so low, but I’ll choose JJ over Subway any day.
The delivery is sooooo fast it’s crazy. It also helps that I’m less than a mile. Ha! I could just go pick up my sandwich. But no.

Are you kidding me? The music is so loud in there I’m surprised no one calls the cops. The tables were filthy as well.

Every now and then, I crave a number 6 (veggie sub, no cheese) from Jimmy John’s. This place is close to my home, the workers are fast and pretty friendly, so why only 2 stars?
Every place I have ever been employed at, especially food service, required you smoked away from where customers would see you. The last time I went to get a meal I sat outside with my dog while my boyfriend ran in. There were two employees outside sitting on the patio smoking and talking shit about their fellow coworkers. It was really unprofessional, and it was a turn off as a customer.
Cheap, halfway decent food, but the sights are unappetizing.

Gourmet is in the name, DUH!
I mean really, It’s Jimmy Johns. You know what you’re ordering. They are fast. I have found the employees here to be very friendly. I live very close, so I just walk over and get it. They always seem to be having a music playlist battle. I like that.

We love sandwiches. They make sandwiches. God bless America.

Staff refused to deliver a cup of ice, even when I asked to pay for a soda and just get the ice.
