Jax Pizza & Wings

This place is mostly carryout and delivery only. I say mostly because there is a bench you can sit on to wait for your order or even eat if you’re reallt hungry and there aren’t others waiting for takeout.
I ate in once and took food to go a few times. The Teriyaki Chicken Philly is loaded with meat, and tastes pretty good, but not very teriyaki-​like. It was more steak sauce or other savory flavored.
Another time I had the Bacon Cheeseburger. There was a bit more bacon than expected, and it tasted better than your average fast food burger, but it wasn’t so much better that I would quickly choose this over another place, but the price is good.
I have lived in Riverwest for just more than a year and a half, and I have seen this restaurant change names 3 (and I presume owmers) three times. I was hoping to get buffalo wings as good as when the place was called 4 to 4 a year or so ago. I haven’t tried them yet, but I will write an update when I do.
