I regularly get a pedicure with reflexology with Kristin here. Not only is her attention to detail amazing, but her massage is completely relaxing. I work in retail and am on my feet all day… And an hour in her chair leaves all that muscle fatigue in the salon. I completely recommend her and now have standing appointments with her all year long.

After going here multiple times, I was consistently happy with my experiences, until tonight. I walked in for a haircut and manicure that I had scheduled earlier in the week, only to find out that I had been scheduled for the following week when I had specifically requested the current week. The girls behind the front desk were total snobs who looked at me like I was a complete idiot. They didn’t offer to try and squeeze me in sooner and barely even apologized for their mistake. I called later to cancel my appointment for the next week because I was so upset about how I had been treated and informed the girl on the phone that I would never be coming back. It’s really unfortunate because I’d love to go back as I’d found a great manicurist and hair stylist there. As great as she is, I can’t go to a place where I’m treated so poorly by other members of the staff.

I recommend this salon to family, friends, co-​workers… all the time. Extremely friendly staff, with a comfortable setting. Free coffee and snacks, too. They also offer manicures and pedicures as well. Wonderful! Keep up the great work HHC!
