I went in this establishment to eat of course and when I sat down facing the kitchen area. The women cooking put a piece of meat on the grill and pressed it down with her UNGLOVED hand. No hairnets and no gloves worn. I left so I can not speak on the quality of food.

I’m going to quantify this review as 2 stars, Meh. I’ve experienced better… George Webb.
I was under the impression that every GW was basically the same, but I learned otherwise. Sure, the one downtown is always sketchy, but the food is always about the same… food was terrible at the Stallis GW. Service was your typical terrible GW service you’ve come to know and love, but at least you could usually get a decent meal… or something that resembles a decent meal. Didn’t happen here, at least on this day.
