This was pretty gross. A cold meatball sub with watery marinara is pretty nasty in my opinion. I would rather go to Subway and o not very fond of them.

I am a big fan of Cousins. The food is always solid and the bread with the crunch of the cornmeal on the bottom is, simply, the best! I used online ordering, which is actually quite awesome when it comes to subs. I honestly did not know that you could customize your sub. Online ordering makes ordering custom subs easy because all of the different options are displayed. The only downfall is that you cannot use coupons online and you must pay using plastic and cannot pay with cash when you pickup. I arrived at the pickup time in my email confirmation. The restaurant was completely empty. My order was not ready, in fact, it seemed like they first started the order when I arrived. So I just stood at the counter like someone who hadn’t ordered and paid over 20 minutes ago. The subs were great but I’m going to forget online ordering because it doesn’t save time, you can’t use coupons and you can’t pay with cash.
