Meh. If you go there hungry you’ll leave there somewhat less hungry. The food is better than awful but that’s about all. The place was not as clean as it should be. I wouldn’t rush back.

Wow is this place busy at lunchtime!!! I had a work luncheon at this location. It is similar to Panera but larger and more variety. The food was very good and we had great service. Flatbread comes with the meal and it is delicious! I highly recommend the salads, they are a good bang for the buck ;) I will definitley return if I am in the area.

Cosi is my go-to spot for dinners around 8:30 — 9:00. Why? Because it’s virtually dead in there. This is a plus for me because I am an introvert and I hate people sometimes. Cosi is amazing because they constantly are changing and updating menu items. I used to be in love with their steak and cranberry chili, but that is now long gone. They still have rockin’ lentil soup, which is also wonderful. I’ve tried a lot of sandwiches here– tandoori, buffalo, steak & gorgonzola, classic tomato-basil-mozarella, chicken parm. all of them are good. I love the pizzas, though. i always go for them. They are pretty huge, even for an individual serving. They’re made on their homemade flatbread. Now I must transition to the flatbread. The reason why their sandwiches only get 4⁄5 stars for me is because of this bread. I am not sure why, but this flatbread tastes like cardboard to me. I am not a huge fan, and this is why I like to stick to pizzas. The flatbread serves a much better purpose as a pizza crust. They have delicious lattes and other awesome drinks, like fruity non-alcoholic mojitos and lemonade. I adore their desserts cookies. White chocolate macadamia nut? I’ll take 234,823 of them, please.

Cosi is a healthy alternative to fast food. And while the food itself is pretty good, the customer service is very poor. Moreover, more often than not, the employees mess up the order. In fact, last time they forgot to add two soups to the order. Cosi is also pretty pricy for what you get — easily $ 20 for two, and dramatically more expensive than its fast food counterparts.

I work near Cosi so I frequent them in the mornings. I really like their Vanilla kissed latte and square bagels. However, their staff must get up on the wrong side of the bed every morning. They are so grumpy and unfriendly over the phone and in person. It makes me not want to go there just to not be treated so poorly. I have worked in customer service for many years and it is unfortunate to be treated this way as a paying customer. I hope management reads this posting and talks to their staff. Unfortunately I am not the only one who feels this way. Step it up Cosi, step it up.

It’s pretty much just like Panera but with bigger salads and inedible bread.

I ordered Cosi Catering for one of our company events(15 people) and it was FANTASTIC! We had the Yogurt Bar with caramel bananas, strawberries, cranberries, rainsins and gronla. We also had squagels and coffee. The squagels were still hot and the yogurt was still cold. I also saw that they offer an oatmeal bar-Awesome! It’s something different than the regular coffee and bagels. Way to go Cosi!

If you are kinda in a Panera mood, but want more variety, go to Cosi! I can pretty much promise you’ll enjoy it. Entrees with chicken, beef, pork or veggie and lots of creativity in the menu. Bits of European tastes and creativity snuck in here and there. Their fresh drink offerings are tasty and refreshing. I loved the mojito lemonade when I was there this week. Nice and tart. The flatbread that is served up with most meals is delicious — served warm, chewy and just the right amount of salty.

Great for fresh made sandwiches, salads, pizza & soups. I like the Cosi Club & Tandoori Chicken. But, all the sandwiches are good. All sandwiches are served on fresh made in-house flat bread. Either white or whole wheat are available. The Cesar & Signature salads are excellent too. Breakfast is served in the morning consisting of Fruit, oatmeal or breakfast sandwiches served on a fresh made bagel. Desserts are offered too. Cheesecake, S’Mores Platter & my favorite Rocky Road Cake. The atmosphere is hip /modern & the restaurant always looks clean & organized. There seems to be a quick turnover of staff. Be sure to take advantage of the Cosi Club Card if your a frequent customer. Your 11’th sandwich will be free. Sandwiches & salads are a bit over priced. A sandwich with chips or carrots will run almost nine bucks. I give Cosi 4 stars for food &2 stars for price. So, an average of 3 stars.

I’ll make this review as quick and devoid of inspiration as the meal I just ate The restaurant itself is clean and decorated in acceptable/inoffensive way with the exception of the hilarious rack behind the sandwich counter showcasing the san pellegrino, tomato sauce and for some reason beers? I’m not sure what message that rack is trying to convey We sell sparkling water just like everywhere else does now? We have a shitty, unambitious beer selection? I guess its just a space filler that I’m over-thinking but it’d look nicer to just slap up another crappy painting or humungous mirror or something like that. On to the food. «Just ok» is being generous, «I got ripped off but at least I’m full» is more accurate. I got the pesto chicken sandwich thing with a side of baby carrots(instead of chips, whoops). The bread was decent, way better than most chain bread, but the chicken was weird and slimy and totally murdered in the pesto sauce. I know it’s not fair to expect a chain to make their own pesto in-store but that doesn’t mean their pesto has to be so ambitiously boring. Everything about the sandwich tastes like cut corners, with the exception of the bread which is on everything, but I don’t want to pay almost 8 dollars for pretty decent bread. Anyways-Service. What a conundrum. I don’t even know how to approach this. The service is extremely fast and fluid, but almost to a hostile degree. The cashiers were helpful but not friendly, and even though I am a number and not a name I don’t like feeling that way when I’m paying you 8 dollars for a shitty sandwich with gross baby carrots who have had every ounce of nutrition flash frozen to death. The very-alpha woman running around cleaning tables had a hornet like tenacity that just made me uncomfortable. I don’t want to see the delegation of tasks handed out so ruthlessly while I’m trying to enjoy a mediocre lunch at Cosi. In summation: it’s a few steps below OK. It works, for lunch, I guess, but it’s too expensive for what it is. I legitimately felt ashamed of myself when I remembered that Benji’s is in the same strip. I won’t return but if you don’t mind spending $ 10 on a crappy sandwich, nasty carrots and a soda, go for it.

I actually really like Cosi. Especially their placement next to Noodles and Qdoba, it’s a one stop shop for all things quick and delicious. This is a great tuna melt. Their salads are very good too. The menu is constantly changing with the seasons. I cannot compare this with a deli or «homemade» sandwich place, but comparing it to it’s equals, like Panera and such, I like it a lot. The portions are a little on the small side for the price, but it’s a good little lunch spot.

I would gladly trade you a Noodles & Co plus our Chancery for a Cosi today! Why don’t we have one of these in Tosa?! Their sandwiches are great and somewhat healthy. The closest comparison I can make is Panera. They both focus on sandwiches & soup, but Cosi takes it a step farther with a great selection of salads and flat bread pizzas. I really like that they bring our orders out to us instead of having to wait around like strangers at a bus stop. I love their Mojito Lemonade and respect the option to have carrots instead of greasy potato chips. I don’t usally applaud the French but this is a French chain, and it is one thing they have given us that I approve of. Get with the program Tosa, we need one of these! We can afford to lose one of the two City Markets and put one of these in. You will not regret it!

I like many things about Cosi: 1. Turkey + Brie sandwich with surprisingly hot honey mustard = yes 2. Option to get baby carrots instead of chips 3. Lots of variety on the menu — salads, pizza, sandwiches and more 4. Free wifi 5. Nicer atmosphere than the chaos that is Panera 6. Really good lemonade. I’m not a lemonade fan in most cases, but Cosi’s is great Nothing is perfect, though — they could improve: 1. Pretty surly service 2. Only one location — Cosi, please come to Tosa. I would totally eat here all the time if there was a closer location. Instead, Tosa just has two Shitty Markets… oh sorry, that’s «City Markets».

We stumbled across Cosi while waiting for work to be finished on our car. My husband and I both had melts — he went with the pesto chicken and I went with the chicken parmesean. Both were served on warm and crispy flatbread, with tender chicken and plenty of gooey cheese. I wish I’d gotten one of the more adventurous options, but there’s always another time! I ordered a strawberry smoothie — which was pretty standard, but my husband’s mojito lemonade was out of this world. After we ate, our car was nowhere near done, so we ordered drinks and relaxed. My husband got the White Hot Chocolate — which was a little sweet for me, but perfect for him since he’s a white chocolate fanatic, and I got the Mayan Chocolate Mocha, which had a little bite from the cinnamon, and just the right amount of sweetness. The atmosphere is laid back and welcoming, and even though we stayed for about two hours, we didn’t feel any pressure to order more food or clear out from the table. This would be a perfect place to sit and study, or catch up with friends.

Some co-workers and I discovered Cosi when we were looking for a new lunch spot. Since our intial visit, we try to make it a weekly destination — especially on Thursdays because of the tortilla soup(its best with a piece of flat bread!). It is by far the most delicious thing on the menu. During lunch, if you arrive right around noon, there is usually a small wait. But there is always still plenty of seating for multiple sizes of groups. Overall, I think Cosi is great. It’s nice to have a lunch spot that does something a little different to add variety to your weekly meals.

Oh, Cosi. Why can’t you be like Cosi’s in other states? While the food is decent here and it has gotten more consistent over the years, this Cosi is just not run like other locations in Ohio and Pennsylvania. The ordering process is screwy. Not sure what benefit is gained from having a line for pizza/sandwiches and another for salads. It just starts the whole experience off on a weird foot. Plus paying for your food can be trial because they usually only have one person running the registar, even during the busy weekday lunch time, so it gets backed up. I would suggest the owners take notes from Panera or even check out other Cosi locations to see how to improve the process. As for the food, I like it. When I first started going here, food was inconsistent and the staff was pretty bad. Plus I wasn’t sure if they were trying to be a coffee house, restaurant or bar. But there appeared to be a management/owner change or something a few years ago and they got better and seemed to focus more on the café/restaurant aspect. I’m a big fan of the Chicken TBM Melt, which can take a while. Their little toaster things aren’t too fast. But it’s worth it and I prefer it to the onion loaded sandwiches at Panera. But there is room from improvement. Not sure if because it’s the only location in WI and they can run it differently but they could definitely benefit from checking out other Cosi locations around the country to see how to improve their operation.
