Was seated a dirty table covered in diced tomatoes and some form of liquid. Previous check was still there. Not a big deal as we waited for 8 minutes for service. Waitress came over and asked what we wanted to drink. She also picked the previous check from the table. The check was her cue to clean the table. We ordered our drinks and and asked if someone could clean the table. She came back with our drinks, placed them on the dirty table, along with what should be our napkins, silverware and straws. On the dirty table. We asked if she could clean the table and for new napkins and straws. She didn’t return for 5 minutes so we left.

Came here about 3 years ago on a flight. Still remember my first chilis experience. Food was amazing, decently priced, the atmosphere was inviting, the hostess didn’t even card me or my friend so we got margaritas! Amazing place.

The worst service I’ve ever had from hostess to manager. This place needs corp to take it over.

The people working here seemed really flustered with each other and the place. My friend and I sat at the bar and noshed on chips and salsa. It was hard to get a hold of any three of the bar staff and they seemed overwhelmed with Chilis and life in general. I wouldn’t expect too much coming here but perfectly acceptable for a quick bite with no expectations of service.

I stopped by Chili’s in the Airport in Milwaukee to eat before my long flight. Every seat was taken and patrons were welcoming strangers to their tables. COOL! I found a seat at the bar. The bar was staffed by 2 individuals. I counted. There were 20 patrons at the counter — and we were keeping them busy. There was an individual who sat down next to me who became abusive to one of the servers. I was impressed with how much poise and dignity she demonstrated as he became belligerent to her. By the way — servers work hard. Most don’t make even minimum wages. They have a lot of multi tasking to do. Not being able to hear you is not a reason to berate them. In fact there’s no reason to treat another human being badly. My soup was hot, yummy, and delivered in a timely manner with a smile. What more could you ask for.

Better than the fast food alternatives located within the airport in Milwaukee. This Chili’s doesn’t serve steak but can give you a flavorful, thick bacon burger. Just the correct amount of food to devour before a long flight. You won’t be needing any pretzels and peanuts after eating here!

I know not to expect much from an airport restaurant, however being a server for half my life I was very disappointed. We were sat at a dirty table and when the server came back with a rag brushed all the dirty crumbs into my lap. Ordered an iced tea that was never received, a buffalo sand which with bacon and tomato that were both asked to be removed. Rosemary was a sweet old lady but not the best at what she’s doing. Next time we’re in Milwaukee we won’t stop here.

What can I say? It’s Chili’s. I don’t eat here normally because they’re not good normally, and this wasn’t any different. I got exactly what I expected out of any other Chili’s, so if you’re a fan of the place you won’t be disappointed. I’m not a fan of the place, but the food was totally acceptable for airport food given what other options I had available on my layover. Service was alright, not good but not bad. The lady seemed like she really didn’t want to be there that day.

This is a poorly managed chilis. The service was lackluster and so was the food. My waitress was VERY rude and my food was cold. I would not recommend ever going here.

Our waitress, Rosemary, was sweet and efficient as could be. Everything else sucked. We watched the manager yell at our waitress because he had«7 other things to do» when she asked him for a card swipe to comp our meal that took over 45 not to ever arrive at our table. That was literally the only time we saw him. Food we did get was salty, slow and dried out.

Had a two hour layover one morning and was so happy to see they serve a real breakfast! Sometimes you don’t want a muffin or a bagel. I got 2 eggs, cajun potatoes(not at all hot), 2 strips of bacon and 2 pieces of toast for about $ 10. My husband got an omelet, potatoes, and toast for about the same price. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was good and cooked perfectly. Would go back if I had another layover in Milwaukee. They also have a little take out counter with sandwiches and such so you don’t have to sit down if you are in a hurry for your flight.

Half ass chilis! Didn’t get everything on my burger and takes forever to get stuff. I guess when your are one of 2 restaurants at the airport you can get away with poor customer service.

Busy. Don’t be in a hurry. They have a walk up take out for premade sandwiches. Southwest Chicken Salad and bottle of water was about $ 17.00. Update — Got sick on the plane. Glad the bathrooms were not busy. Thus the one star.

Descriptive phrase: poor airport bar. I don’t care if it’s 6AM, Chili’s Too, we’re on our way to Vegas for a bachelor party. Give us beer. No bartender(though the place was fairly full) for a long time. Drinks overpriced, but that’s to be expected. They killed the keg on the first Miller they poured and didn’t have another. 1) how do you not have another? 2) that means that keg sat with one beer in it overnight, and we just got it. I’d pass by next time and go to the bar down the terminal a bit.

Ugh. Airport food. Had a ridiculous layover(connecting flight cancelled, leaving us at MKE for 13 hours) and made the poor choice of eating here for breakfast, as opposed to walking 100 yards to the organic bakery. I don’t have anything against Chili’s, and the food wasn’t exactly INEDIBLE, but the whole experience was sad, and I’m now looking at two charges on my card and having to deal with that. I’ll start from the beginning. We had just found out our connecting flight home was cancelled and we were looking at 13 hours in the airport. Time to get breakfast and a bloody mary! We sat where we wanted to, and our server was… well… detached? She didn’t really seem to care, and would start conversations and then turn and leave while we were responding. The coffee was incredibly weak, but at least she refilled it twice. My bloody mary was weak, boring, and poorly mixed(vodka separated at the top of the glass), and the olives tasted off. Our food came out super quickly(which means it was likely microwaved), but it tasted okay. I had the western omelet, which was pretty good — home fries were average — and the bf had the pancakes, which were okay. We got our check while we were still eating, which I understand might be how they work considering it’s an airport, but our server knew we had all day ahead of us and it felt rushed. She also crossed out the printed total and added $ 5 and hand-wrote a new total. This was confusing, but I’m too awkward to ask, so I let it be(and tipped her…) So, basically I’d suggest avoiding this place unless you’re really craving overpriced boring Chili’s food, served by bored waitresses. If you have the time, go to the main terminal where there are other options, or check out the pizza place, the coffee shop, or the organic bakery. All are better options.

Yum! Just finished my bacon and French toast. Solid food(especially for the airport) and good sized portions. Highly recommend!

I have to admit. If I have the wrong Chili’s…I would feel horrible since I dont usually write bad reviews. If I could give the chili’s at their Mitchell airport a zero… I would. I waited for seating and no one came. Okay. Very slow. Eight at night. I understand. I then asked to go and she directed me to the window… okay. it was her. She gave me the menu and told me we dont have full menu. Just apps… well, actually just egg rolls and chicken wings. Wow. I kept thinking. You suck at narrowing down what I actually wanted which was just a salad. You dont even have to tune up the grill. As I said… thank you for your time and I walked away… no sorry. No sympathy. Am I really in the midwest that I thought I miss so much? Unbelievable!!!

Terribly slow. Waited 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich that I never received due to the boarding of my flight. Thanks for nothing Chilis and your welcome for the $.

Mediocre at best. But it was all good. We were slightly hungry so we split an order of the regular burger, fries, and an extra side order of ceasar salad. The burger was nothing to be wowed about. It’s a burger. The fries were a bit old, and the ceasar salad just had the dressing dumped on top. The croutons were also a bit stale. I had to ask for another dressing on the side, but the dressing itself was quite disappointing. I dont remember our server’s name, but she was upbeat and the orders came quickly, which was mainly why I gave 3 stars. Then again, it is airport food and it wasnt that bad. The total was about 12 bucks and we came out full, but nothing to be thrilled about.
