Best Western Nittany Inn Milroy

This hotel is conveniently located right off of the 322 about 20 minutes south of state college! At first I was hesitant to stay here because we usually stay in town but it wasn’t a bad commute at all and we definitely saved $$ as the hotels in state college were quite pricey! There is a subway and sports bar right next store as well as a gas station. The hotel offers free continental breakfast in the mornings and the rooms are not far at all from where you walk in.
The walls are thin so if you have loud neighbors you can hear everything. Also the bathroom sink drain was slow to drain. The housekeepers (3 of them) came in to service our room in the morning before 10am and when we asked them to come back later the one girl was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t be coming back later but the other one said they would. I work in a large resort on the strip in Las Vegas and this service would not suffice where I work.
Those are the only negatives. I would stay here again to save money and beat the traffic again on a busy football weekend!

Came here for my brothers wedding on 9/13/14…staff was very sweet, Travis who worked the customer service desk was very accommodating. Any time we needed directions printed out or if we needed a recommendation to eat somewhere, he pointed us in the right direction and gave great advice for where to go. This hotel is very clean and they seem to take pride in their guests. The beds were comfortable as can be expected for a hotel… I mean don’t expect to get temper pedic mattresses but they are comfortable. Bathrooms are a good size and if you do need handi cap access able they do have those rooms available too. The only reason I am giving a 4 star is because if the breakfast… yes they do have continental breakfast but it is not the greatest… otherwise would I stay here again… yes…oh and they are a smoke free hotel.
