Place can get very busy because of all the popular pinoy stores and restaurants there. Building has a really tall roof.

My Ratings: Quantity: 4 Quality: 4 Location: 4 Parking: 3 Overall: Lots of filipino stores and goodies. I like that I can just go to one place to order food, buy groceries, and get some goodies. Finally, our little Manila.

I like calling this place my little Manila. It’s like being back in PI! Owned by the famous Ayalas. This mini-mall boast of different Flip stores. Seafood city — grocery store Max’s — Restaurant Goldilocks — Bakeries and Pastries Chowking — Fastfood BPI — Bank Ayala Land — Real Estate Bench — clothing store I know Subway is also here and a small coffee shop. Super clean with ample parking! Located off 680 by Landess.

Wanna go to the Philippines but can’t afford the expensive plane ticket? Go to Seasons Marketplace instead! It’s just like the Philippines! Okay… not really. But this little shopping mall definitely tries to bring you things you miss from the homeland. It has a ton of Filipino food, traditional clothing, cheap clothing, religious figurines, live music performed by Filipino singers, and more Filipino food(my favorite part)! Food options include: Max’s of Manila, Beard Papa’s, Chow King, Goldilocks, and Seafood City Supermarket Some of the deals/things you can buy: 3 bras for $ 8, $ 3 leggings, barongs, rosaries, Santo Ninos, t-shirts with Manny Pacquiao’s face, clothes sporting the Philippine flag, and Angry Birds sweatshirts Other things to check out here: dance classes, The Face Shop(like The Body Shop… but not), BPI Remittance, musical instrument lessons, and cruise booking Oh yeah, there’s also a random Subway here too. Just in case you aren’t in the mood for Asian food and prefer a foot long. ;)

So far, so good! I’ve been going to Seasons periodically since it opened and it has stayed consistently clean and bright. I really like that the marketplace is has a decent amount of open space so it never seems overly crowded. There are a lot of notable eating establishment, including a Kopitiam Café, a cozy Malaysian coffee shop and Max’s Chicken, directly from the Philippines! I mainly go here to take Emily’s Zumba class here on Wednesdays(7:30−8:30pm) in one of the dance studios she rents out. I have taken a few friends to the class and they are never disappointed. Compared to other Zumba drop-in rates, Emily’s class is a steal at $ 5! She even gives you a free class coupon for every 2 new referrals you bring her. I love the coziness of her class(its not too crowded) but at the same time, I encourage her students to bring more people in so she can keep the class going! Emily is a great teacher, high energy, plays awesome music, and I’m excited to have found this gem of a class. 5 stars for her class in particular!

Clean and delicious. Every Asian bakery seems to have found a home right here in one spot, what could be better. Plus there is a seafood city in here as well. The only problem is you have to make a U-turn from the freeway to get here which can be a bitch of a heartache depending on what time you get here, and what day on the Asian calender it is. All in all I recommend this place to fulfill your sweet tooth or your salty one.

This place is awesome! I went with my friend who is filipina and we had a ball. Seasons Marketplace is a mini mall filled with great little shops ‚ busnesses and places to eat. The Seafood City is amazing and so clean as my mama use to say you could eat better off these floors. My friend went a little crazy in the huge chip aisle buying roast beef flavored potato chips. They even have adobo flavored chips. In the hot food ready to go section along with the roast chickens you can buy crispy pata, fried fish and pork shiskabobs to take home for dinner. Valerio’s bakeshop is my favorite and the one here is so new and fresh looking that you want to buy everything. I can’t wait to go back and try the famous fried chicken at Max’s of Manila. It looked a little fancy for a filipino restaurant but I likey. To my surprise Seasons Marketplace is one of the few places I didn’t find out about on Unilocal. I must say it is so Unilocal worthy…

It’s pretty crazy knowing that this entire plaza was once just a Home Depot. There are a lot of great Filipino places to go to there. My family and I used to drive all the way to San Bruno/Daly City area just to go to a Max’s Chicken but now they have it here! I’m also pretty happy that they have a Beard Papas here as well. I guess I never really looked around for one in San Jose but all the ones I know of are in San Francisco. Anyways, I just think it’s pretty convenient that there are a lot of great restaurants and little shops right next to Seafood City. It feels like a little Manila up in here! But every time I’ve been in here, there’s always some lady screaming on the mic about today’s prizes. That gets pretty annoying. Just plug your ears and scurry past her. Rumor has it, they’re opening a Tribu Restaurant here. If they do, you will probably find me here everyday. I’m seriously crossing my fingers!
