This place is super fast. We ordered and got our phở within minutes. We were happy about that since we were attending a concert that night. The phở was not bad but the broth didn’t have that sweetness that a lot of phở places have. We also got the egg rolls and they were burn your mouth hot when it got to our table. I had a vietnamese iced coffee and it was delicious and it was in a big glass. I always question it when it is already dripped but it tasted really good. I’m sure we will be back if we are in the area. Good service and tons of people waiting after we finished.

Lacked of flavor. Service was below average. Food quality had declined over time. That explains why it was so vacant today during dinner time. Four out of five people were not amazed by the food.

This is my new go to spot in my area. I know that there are plenty of phở places around this area but I choose to come here when I’m craving Phở. The place is clean, service is always good and phở is good. I always order the well done brisket and rare filet mignon it’s always good both taste good and meat is good. Most of the time I come here is after a night of drinking or if I’m starting to feel a little under the weather the phở here always hits the spot. Now that where in this rainy season I might be coming here a lot more.

This place is across from Phở Kim Long. I loooove Phở Kim Long but the wait to get seated is outrageous at times. I always drive by Phở Factory whenever I’m around the area running errands. Decided to take my dad here today for lunch because we were both curious. Photos and reviews on Unilocal proved that this place was worth giving a shot. I’m sorry. This place isn’t worth returning to. Even if it the broth was good, it’s not worth returning to for myself. I forgot what my dad ordered but I ordered the phở tai sach which is rare steak and tripe. Two of my favorites with thick noodles. Our food came out within 5 minutes but the moment I sipped my soup, it was super bland. I had to add fish sauce and hoisin sauce to make it more flavorful. Tea? it’s 75 cents for a cup that’s not even filled to the top! Most places offer more high quality tea and don’t even charge for the pot, so what gives Phở Factory? My bowl of phở wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t spectacular either. If I didn’t add extra sauce to flavor my broth, it would have been super watered down broth. I’d have you guys know we came pretty early too! Their broth shouldn’t be that watered down man??? Service was alright, they never came back to refill my water when it was completely empty. I finished my food but didn’t bother asking them to refill it, eh. Place is fancy compared to most phở places, but for $ 9 almost $ 10 for my bowl, I don’t plan on coming back or recommending this place to my family or friends.

Love this place! Freshest filet beef for the beef phở and best bun rieu in town. Our whole family love going here because it’s very clean, great food and nice ambiance.

I have not written any bad review on any restaurant, but I must warn fellow customers about the bad service at this place. I started going to Phở Factory since it was first opened about a year ago. The food is quite decent. I like the phở broth which is on the lean side. But the service was on the bad side. My last visit was back in October 2015 when the owner told me «…this restaurant is not suitable for you». During the many times that I went there, I noticed that whenever they are busy, they tend to get things mixed up, which is in some ways understandable. But when things get mixed up, their goal is to prove that they are right and the customers are wrong. They don’t try to understand the customers’ needs or hear the customers’ concerns. This attitude is exhibited by all staff — from the waiter to waitresses to the owner. Our first visit there: we had a family of 8. We ordered«phở tai nam(rare)» and they brought out«phở chin nam»… something like that. So we sent it back and asked for the right order. When I got the bill, I noticed that they charged me for 8 bowls instead of 7 bowls. The owner told me «I charged 8 bowls because I counted 8 bowls on your table». This got me really upset. She didn’t even bother to look at the order or ask the waiter/waitress to find out that the 8th bowl was just an extra bowl so the 7-year old kid can share with his mom. The owner fixed the mistake and said sorry, so I let it go and continued to come to the restaurant. About 2 months ago, we went there. Again, family of 8, ranging from 8 years old to 84 years old. We ordered 2 big bowls, 4 regular bowls and 3 appetizers and more drinks. When the 2 big bowls came out, my sister noticed that they are just the same size and same amount of food as the regular bowl. So she asked«how are the 2 sizes different? how can you tell?» One waiter said«they are different because if you look at the bottom of the bowls, one has the letter C and the other has the letter D». Another waitress said«the 2 sizes are only 60 cents different. What do you expect?» When my sister asked the waitress to bring out another regular bowl so she can show them that they are not different, the waitress asked«will you pay for the extra bowl?» My sister got upset and said«just bring it out… if I pay for it and don’t want to eat, I can throw it away». The owner came over and insisted«sorry, we will not bring you the bowl of phở so you can throw it away…» My brother asked«I have a problem. I ordered phở tai nam and you brought out chin nam, will you do anything about that?» The owner gave him an angry look and did not say anything to my brother and continued to argue with my sister. I put the 2 bowls together(one on top of the other) and took a picture; they are just the same.(I uploaded the picture onto Unilocal, but not sure if the picture will be attached to my review; it is picture 209) My 84-year old father was getting frustrated waiting for his food while the owner and my sister were arguing. My sister returned the bowl of phở to the owner. I took it back, set it back down on the table, saying that we can sort this out later. After we finished eating, my brother paid for the meal, and even gave $ 8 in tips(he is always concerned about waiters and waitresses who rely on tips). I went to talk to the owner, and offered to come back at a later time when she is not so busy. She told me «I am the owner… you can say whatever you want to say with me now…» I wanted to tell her that customers don’t care if she charge $ 2 extra for the big bowl; customers just want to see the visible difference between the 2 sizes. But before I could say that, she told me «well, if you don’t feel that comfortable with the size and cost of our phở, then perhaps this restaurant is not suitable for you». I replied: «OK, I will take my business elsewhere, and I will also tell others how Phở Factory treats customers» As we entered the restaurant, I asked«how come this place is not that crowded, even though the food is decent?» When we left the restaurant, my sister said«well, you got the answer to your question»(I would have written this review earlier but got sidetracked with other urgent businesses). If you experience similar bad service from this page before, please like my review and feel free to forward it to your friends and networks. The owner needs to know that customer service is top priority if she wants her restaurant to succeed.

I pay 85 cents for their fresh noodles, but even the kids don’t have enough to eat. What a rip-off.

Tonight, I had my second and last visit to Phở Factory. If you view my page, you’ll see that I really don’t write negative reviews, but when I encounter terrible service, I really just can’t keep it to myself. I want you all to be able to avoid the bad experience that I had. The food itself is good. The service is seemingly sweet though it can be a little difficult to communicate with them. This is where we had a problem. My friend ordered phở and the server asked her if she wanted regular or fresh noodles. She asked for fresh because she was curious about them. When the check came around we discovered that fresh noodles AREANADDITIONAL $ 0.85 charge. There was no mention of this on the menu or from our server. So I waved down our server and told her that she never told us about the fresh noodle extra charge. She was a bit flustered and I had a hard time understanding what she meant but essentially she said she disagreed with me and then pointed to some other person in our party and said that«he knows». We had a large party of 14 people and I looked to see who she was referring to but no guy at our table seemed to be the one who knew… Anyways, we paid and I thought I would make a suggestion to the manager(or whoever the female is who doesn’t wear black) to have the servers inform customers of the additional charge when they offer fresh noodles or to put it on the menu. I was surprised when she was not very understanding or sympathetic to our situation. She defensively stated that in the past when they would inform people of the additional charge, the customers would get offended! Please message me if you are one of these people! I would be surprised to get more than one response if any at all. To the end, she was defensive but she did manage to throw in one«sorry» but it was followed by more defensive excuses. All in all, I felt like my business was not valued here. Obviously, people who are easily offended are more catered to at this location. So all you who don’t like to be informed of additional charges, I highly recommend this place!

I have been to this place twice and i was pleased with everything. Service is quick, food is good, and restaurant is modern. Phở factory is a modern Vietnamese restaurants that serves more than just phở. They have other popular vietnamese noodle soups, rice plates, and more. I have yet to try their rice dishes but the oens other people order seem to look good. The first time I tried one of their phở noodle soups and yesterday I had their bun rieu. It is a little pricey compared to other Vietnamese places, but the portions are huge. The smaller portion can be enough for two meals for me.

Mmm, I love this place. I usually come here for brunch on weekends, and I’m seated within 3 – 5 minutes regardless if it’s busy! Parking can be kind of tight in this small business plaza, however. My favorite items to order here are: * Fresh spring rolls * Fish sauce chicken wings * Com Bo Luc Lac(Vietnamese Shaking Beef rice plate) * Com Suon Dai Han(Korean Short Ribs rice plate) I really like the rice plates here. They’re filling and also come with a side of chicken broth and veggies! Definitely worth the ~$ 10 to me. There’s a minimum charge of $ 15 for card!

Cure to my hangover. This is our go-to place after a long night out. I wouldn’t be surprised if the owner recognized us here every weekend morning. This phở place is ordinary and just like any other places; however, the inside is pretty modern and customer service is pretty good. It’s pretty easy to get the server’s attention when needed. I always get the noodle soup, so not sure how their rice plate is here. However, my friend tried their rice plate once and their portions are pretty generous here. We also tried their spring rolls and there’s nothing too special about them either. Overall, this place is pretty good if you need some quick vietnamese food or noodle soup. Not the best, but service is great and food isn’t too shabby here. + Accept Credit Card

This place is extremely close to my grandma’s house so my family comes here often to grab some phở and Vietnamese food. Because I’m not an avid fan of phở, I tend to order bun bo hue. Although not specialized in bun bo hue, Phở Factory delivers a pretty hearty bowl! The broth is flavorful and not too salty, which often is my biggest complaint about bun bo broths. They give you a very generous amount of meats and noodles for the small size. I was left feeling extremely full. Only complaint is that they don’t give enough vegetables. Our table ordered four bowls, and there was only one plate of vegetable to share. Because it’s so convenient, I would definitely come back here again.

I have to thank my so for bring me here. The phở at Phở Factory is great. I’ve been looking for a phở place and I found it. The broth is hot and very tasty. I got the #1 Phở Tai(rare filet mignon) the beef was so tender it melts in your mouth. My son got #6 Phở Tai Cin(rare filet mignon and well done brisket) which was also great. I can’t wait to go back and try a different phở. The place is so clean and very modern looking. The service is outstanding, the staff was very nice and they would come by and refill our water which was very nice.

I’ve been here twice and I can say this is my new phở spot. It has everything I’m looking: modern, clean, spacious, friendly workers, PHOOOO and servers who speak English is a huge plus for me. The phở is delicious and hits the spot. Prices are a bit steep compared to those in the surrounding area but it’s worth it to me!

Solid phở. Clean, fragrant, HOT broth, unlike the luke warm broth @ Kim Long so you can actually order tai/beef on side. The beef is tender with nice texture. The star that completes the phở is the vinegar onion; always order on the side. It’s refreshing, little sweet and sour but none of that pungent onion taste; helps add that zing to the phở. Clean, modern studio-like looking place pretty good service. Haven’t gotten the attitude or mean glare when I request for something *ehem* KL Rec.: –Phở tai(#1) –Phở tai dap chay(when you want extra savory and fulfilling taste)(#2) –Canh ga chien nuoc mam(#6a) as appetizer P/s: it’s a phở house, so try stick to the phở. Happy phở-king

My husband likes the phở at Phở Factory. Good broth and tender filet mignon. Plus, it is cleaner than Phở Kim Long, which is across the street. No vegetarian or seafood options available for the phở. The pescatarian option is fried noodles with seafood. It’s similar to chow fun, so it’s oily. Parking lot is small, but you can park along the side street.

If Phở Kim Long is closed, Phở Factory is a solid alternative. Phở broth is clean. Filet mignon is super tender. Bun Rieu broth was also full of flavor. They give you shrimp paste/chili sauce on the side and you can enhance the flavor of the broth by mixing some of this in. You could also use it as a dipping sauce but the shrimp paste, although diluted, is still quite strong. The worst item was probably the crispy egg rolls. This is the first time I’ve had egg rolls at a Vietnamese restaurant that weren’t crunchy. It’s almost as if they were fried then either put in a closed container or just not aired out properly. Service was great. They got everything we needed in a timely manner.

This is not your average Phở Noodle house. The food is Vietnamese, but packaged in a Americanized way. I think the term is egg(opposite of banana), white on the outside but yellow on the inside. First of all, the building is not square but circle, looks like a light house. Place is clean with modern brownish hue furniture and tiles, reminds me of a model house. High(very) ceiling and lots of windows to let in nature light. Prices tend to be a bit higher than other Phở places. My rating on the food: *Garlic and Fishsauce Chicken Wings. $ 5.5 for 6 pcs Loved the caramelized outside crisp. 5 stars *Oxtail Phở. $ 8.95 for small(which is bigger than small at other places) I tend to cook my oxtails softer than they served it. Noodle and broth was fine. 3 stars. The ambiance is nice, the food is good, the price is only little higher. I would come back again.

Despite being across and next to two other phở restaurants, Phở Factory is a pretty decent place for phở if you want to try something new. Phở Factory definitely has that modern look as compared to the others around the area. Although it’s a little smaller, they were able to place enough tables all around and to also create a very spacious seating. I came here with a party of eleven on a Sunday afternoon, and to my surprise, there was no wait. They quickly pull a few tables together for all of us. They gave us the menus immediately and asked what we wanted to drink. They brought our water quickly as well. We ordered the food and within minutes to our orders, the food came. It was pretty amazing. It was less than five minutes from when all eleven of us ordered that our food was placed in front of us. This is probably the first time that I’ve gotten my food so quickly. Onto the food, I ordered #33, which is the shredded pork with egg rolls over dry vermicelli noodles. It also came with some greens, cucumbers, carrots, daikon and the typical mixture of vegetables that are supposed to be in the vermicelli noodles. I wanted something simple and it’s definitely what I wanted. I really liked that there were more greens than the meat. Yes, the meat to greens ratio was kind of off, but I kind of liked that a lot. It was easy to eat and finish(considering that I had a huge all you can eat sushi meal the night before). This was definitely what I needed: something on the healthier and cleaner side. I thought the whole dish complimented itself well and all the ingredients blended well together. The staff was also very friendly and nice. They came by every now and then to refill our waters, which was great. You don’t get that a lot at Asian restaurants. You usually need to wave them to your table. But, I definitely like how they come and check on us to see how we’re doing. I definitely enjoyed my meal here. I love the fact that this restaurant is cleaner and more modern compared to other phở restaurants. I also like that it does have a great selections of food. I was very satisfied with my food. The location, décor and everything interior definitely enhanced my dining experience here.

Phở Factory. Usually, Asian places with American words in their name result in a disappointing culinary experience. I’m looking at you, Sushi Factory. All kidding aside, I think I’ve found my new Milpitas main. Located just a few steps away from the tasty Phở Com Tam Nhu Y, and across the street from the overrated Phở Kim Long, is this fantastic home of noodles. If there was such thing as phở in fine dining, Phở Factory would be it. The place is rather large for a phở house, the staff dressed rather professionally, and they’re also quite attentive, patient, and polite. It literally breaks all the Vietnamese rules! No dirty floors and tables, no servers yelling at you or making you hurry up with the order, and… which unfortunately might be a deal breaker to some… they close at 10PM. Yeah. 10PM. So this place isn’t going to be the destination for you wild women and men that just got out of the club. Or bar. Or D&B’s. I typically always order the #11, which features the phở-ntastic words. The slices of filet mignon(which I order on the side), the tendon, the tripe, the fatty brisket – all the exotic stuff, because that’s what I like. Exotic. But what’s the money item? Oxtail. I love me some oxtail, and they do it right here. While they do have an oxtail-based broth/phở, I think it’s the #9, it can also be ordered on the side. So I normally order oxtail as a side to go with my #11, and it comes in its own little bowl with broth, which mind you, tastes different from the broth used in the #11. But how it taste? Fantastic. The broth has a wholesome flavor that isn’t flooded in MSG, the noodles have a good texture to them that go well with beef(or chicken, or seafood), and every bite is definitely better than the last… unless you get a little bone, which is going to happen if you get the chicken option. On that, they also serve this sweet ginger sauce that makes the chicken extra flavorful and it goes well with the broth. All this being said, Phở Factory is phở-king amazing, and I know I’ll end up being a regular here. Yes, they’re a tad more expensive than your usual bowl of phở, but the taste and quality of the food make it well worth the price of admission.
