I also found black moldy broccoli from beef & broccoli… I thought it was dirt from not washing thoroughly but it was too black to be dirt. Went back and showed to cashier… she gave me a few replacement broccoli but I ended up throwing it away. I also don’t like they way they give you a pile of noodles and rice but very little main dishes… very stingy.

I’ve always loved Chinese food, and while only a «fast-casual» type of restaurant, the food is freshly prepared, tasty and reasonably priced. They’re cutting straight from the farm box fresh vegetables everyday! You can see them displayed proudly in the clear-view refrigerators to the right of the cooking area. I’ve been to perhaps 6 – 7 different Panda locations(Hayward, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, San Jose, etc.) but this Milpitas one has by far the best«people» working there. From the manager, to each of the service and kitchen team members, they are a great group of people and their service is the best!

DONOTGOHERE, THEYSERVEYOUMOLDYFOOD!!! So yesterday i had stopped in to this location for lunch before heading back to work. I ordered my food to go, once I got my food I started inspecting it as I do all my food I get from fast food restaurants to make sure everything looks good and boy am I glad I did. Before started eating I noticed there was something black on my broccoli(in the broccoli and beef entrée), thinking maybe it was char from being cooked in the wok. Well it didn’t scrap off and after looking at a few other piece I realized it was mold. So I was a little upset that I was served this, so I called the location in Milpitas to give them a heads up and was told that a manger was going to call mt back within the hour. I did not get a apology over the phone but thought maybe they were being rushed since it was lunch time. So I never received a call back, mind you I called originally at 12 o’clock. After I got off work at 4 I headed over to see if maybe my message got lost so I wanted to talk to the manger about it. I walked in and asked to speak with the manager. After speaking to her she did not offer me anything and decided to ask what did i want her to do about it, SERIOUSLY i just told you your location served me moldy broccoli and you asked what I want you to do about. So I asked for a refund which she told me «NO» didn’t offer me anything else. She then made someone else do the refund cause she was too busy. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to about this like corporate or something and they told me I had to go online to get the number since she said she didn’t have it which she should have if she was the manager. This location is very rude when it comes to the customers coming in. Its like a assembly line with no connection to its customers what so ever. I feel as if a place like this should be checked on their quality of the service and the quality of the food. Being the only location is Milpitas you would think they would be able to handle a accident and be able to say I’M SOSORRYWOULDYOULIKE A REFUNDORSOMETHING to rectify the situation and my bad experience but they did nothing. I wasn’t feeling well today and hoping some comfort food to soothe the soul. I went through all the foods in my head and I said… why not Panda Express? I was looking to see the closest spot near my place and well this was it. This Panda Express is a little off of Calaveras near the Safeway. Parking is shared with some businesses so a little tough to find a spot. I went in and they had a lot of tables and customers. That’s always a good sign because that means food freshness will be high. Service was quick and no fuss. I picked half and half fried rice and chow mein with Beijing Beef and Orange Chicken. For $ 7.61, I had enough food to feed me for a few meals or one sick and hungry one mealer. As expected, it was your typical fast food Chinese, but well flavored and cooked well. Only downer was no plastic bags but I guess that’s due to the new rules put upon stores by Milpitas. Also weird not to see chopsticks. Still not mind blowing but good for your quick Americanized Chinese food that will be fresh and not just sitting on steam plates for hours on end.

Its 9:30pm and the latin worker is mopping/scrubbing the floor like there is no customers. Very unsanitary.

I come here because it’s a few minutes away from my house. The foods not amazing but it’s not bad either. As for the portions, they are super stingy. One time the employee helping me was literally counting how many pieces she gave me. Staff is okay, I’ve never seen a smile and never had a friendly conversation but they’ve never been rude to me.

Came here at 10:05AM and they weren’t even open yet. Someone saw me trying to open the door so he came, unlocked it, and walked away with not even one smile on his face. When I got there, only half the food was prepared while the other half was still being made by the chef. The chef told me to wait for the girl to come back to help me. Around 10:30, she helped me with my order, but the brown rice wasn’t even made yet. So upsetting when you’d figure the food would be ready when they opened at 10AM.

I have been here 3 times and each time I have a new complaint. The staff is not friendly, really into each others conversations and not listening to customers or asking if they needed anything. Their scoops have to be the SMALLEST o f all the Panda’s. If you ask a questions you feel like you are bothering the staff. Such a shame. The food is not as flavorful as other Pandas. GOTOANOTHERONE!

I can never get tired of this place. I always get my chow mein with string bean chicken and teriyaki chicken with sauce on the side. Never goes wrong!

I Know, some people think that’s its not good because its fast, but I beg to differ. I’ve had fresher and better tasting food at this Panda Express than at a fancy Chinese restaurant. I go with my daughter and we get a 3 item to share and a couple drinks and we are good to go. Best prices on Chinese food too. I went to PD Chang’s last week with some friends and I don’t think the food was great and it cost a lot more to eat there, you pay for the ambiance.

Sometimes you’re on the road trying a variety of cuisine and you have a sudden, visceral craving for unauthentic Chinese food. Thank God for Panda Express and their glorious orange chicken. Coupled with chow mein, this is a greasy, satisfying meal. Black pepper chicken and Kung Pao chicken are my next faves. The service here was adequate, the temperature of the food good and portion size reasonable. It hit the spot!

Well, came here after work, starving! Ordered fried rice(because they were out of brown rice) spare ribs and orange chicken. The fried rice was not cooked thoroughly, as in hard and crunchy, and the spare ribs were 75%fat. The only good thing was the orange chicken, but it’s hard to mess that up. I hadn’t been here in a couple years, and I don’t think I’ll be back. I’m still hungry :(

I swear I come here every single day so I might as well give them the highest rating possible lol. My daughter likes Panda Express so this is always our go to place for a quick eat or when we are super broke because less than $ 10 can feed the whole family. Most of the workers here are friendly. I feel like I annoy them when I ask them for a spoon, extra plate, water, etc lol. It’s their job I know but still I feel like I am bugging them too much lol. Your portions depends on who is scooping it for you. There will be your lucky days when you have huge portions and you will get some not so lucky days where they will put some back. Haha. Especially when they are cutting your teriyaki chicken with the mini butcher knife, it breaks my heart when they put the rest back instead of on my plate!!! Sometimes I’m like YES!!! Sometimes I’m like NO!!! But overall, I’ve had mostly positive experiences here. They always ask if I want to try a sample which is nice. I should really take the survey on the receipt because you got the 3rd side dish for free! Valued at $ 1.50! I never do it but I should because we literally come here every single day. I am sure all the workers know my face and my children who like to run around. Lunch time the line is hella long but they are usually fast about getting you in and out. Hard to find parking during lunch time. The high chairs are usually dirty full of rice or noodles from previous users. The bathrooms are usually clean. We go to other Panda locations too but this one is our favorite. We are regulars. In fact we are probably their #1 customers lol. Seriously no joke, That is why I am giving them a 5 star. Why give them a 4 star when I am here every single day? Obviously I am a happy and repeating customer. They have my business. Btw incase you don’t know, Panda Express is «fast food». Very different if you go to a real Chinese restaurant!

This location is fairly big and the restaurant looks clean. I do not recommend not coming here after a lunch rush because they were out of everything when I got there and I had to wait 15 minutes for the stuff I want. Also the friend rice here is very dried and unflavorful but I love their chow mein. My favorite item that I usually pick is Beijing beef. I tried the spicy chicken breast which was sort of dry and plain. I do like the broccoli beef as well. I like coming here for s good portion of food and if I am in a rush.

Ok Why is homboy wasting bitspace on Panda Express? Simple. I have extra rice in the pot and I’m too lazy to cook. But its true, right? Not all Panda Express are all the same. Mall locations are annoying. The one in Berryessa off of Brokaw gives me the eebie jeebies. I remember one outside Orange County where the food, although filling, was particularly bad. The Milpitas location is alright. Just have a little patience for the customers who can’t make up their minds or the guy who got stuck picking up lunch for everyone in the office. There are other annoyances of course, like when they are running low and they’re firing up the wok to catch up. Just get me a side order of the kung pao chicken.

Panda Express isn’t my ideal spot to go and grab Chinese food but it definitely does the job if I’m in the neighborhood or absolutely starving. This location is very spacious and always clean. Food is pretty Americanized– which isn’t a bad thing. They have dishes for meat lovers, shrimp lovers, and vegetarians. Food isn’t overly oily and they always emphasize how their food chain does not use MSG. Quality and food taste is always pretty consistant– Not much to complain about or rave. Depending on who is helping you, the food portions can be skimp.

I was surprised they were still open! I barely got in at 9:55pm. I ordered their delicious steamed white rice along with beijing beef. The reason why I’m giving it an extra star is because this lady stuffed my bowl with a generous amount of beef. The only bad thing I can think of is that they always forget to add my cock sauce! I needs ma sauce!

This is easy fast food for Chinese food. Yummy orange chicken. Do the receipt survey for a free entrée when you get three main entrees. Then keep cycling and do the receipts to keep saving. I took off a star because their trays aren’t stocked as they should be and I feel like I always have to wait for more teriyaki chicken. But they’re nice about it and explain about the wait and how many minutes more you have to wait. Outside seating too! Some overhang coverage too.

I wish I could’ve eaten there. After waiting in line, I ordered a «2 and a 3.» The kid absolutely could not get it through his head that I wanted two different plates and kept trying to pile things on one plate for me. I mentioned the word«and» several times, and mentioned to him that I mentioned the word«and» several times. Yes, English was his first language. We stood there arguing for several minutes and I left. This kid just could NOT understand. I guess I won’t be back.
