The office girl working on Thursday, Feb 14, 2013 called me out of the blue to tell me that I had 8 more appointments from 2012 available. When I inquired as to why, she informed me that they had billed all 15 of my appointments and the 15 available to my spouse in advance for that year without my authorization or pre-​knowledge.
I would stay away from this organization and be concerned about their fraudulent behaviors. They also charged me for missed appointments I never made. The office girl that I spoke with was also very rude when I questioned their judgement. I reported the charges for my spouse to my insurance company.
Overall, I would be concerned about this place and the level of integrity or lack thereof. During the one year I visited the River Oaks location, only one massage therapist seemed to be legitimately licensed.

I went to Dr. Nancy Zhang for Chinese medicine or Oriental diagnosis. She gave me a set of herbal medicines (raw herbs) and mentioned that I should see results after 3 days, and that I should continue until the 7^th day so my symptoms would completely go away. After 3 days, there was no sign of improvements, everything was the same and felt the same. I called her and she asked me to come to the office, she basically asked me the same set of questions as the first visit and decided to give me 7 more days of the same stuff. She then charged me for the office consultation and the additional medicine. First of all I have not seen a single sign of improvement in my condition, and I’ve swallowing these bitter medicines day after day (they really do taste nasty), I swallowed them only thinking that they will make me better soon. So no improvements and more money spent on additional office visits and more medicines of the same stuff, I am very suspicious if all these will work, so far not a tiny bit sign of improvement.

Nancy Zhang ROCKS!!! She is the acupuncturist and Chinese medicine doctor at office. Nancy gots great bedside manner, she is very patience, very understanding and she very down to earth. She is very soft spoken and she takes her time.
I was treated by an chiropractor for a year and a half on my Tendonistis. The chiropractor was OK, he was able to relief my pain for a few days. After a year and a half, I know I had to do something else. I went to Nancy for my tendonitis because my boy-​friend was treated by her and I finally worked up enough nerves to face the needle. Nancy is so skillful that I never felt pain when she place all the needles in my hand. After about 4months, I am pain free. Yes, I am not kidding, pain free.
Just be informed, Nancy has her office in an Asian Mall but don’t be fool. She is VERY skillful and knows what she is doing.
