Super impressed!!! I bought a Swarovski ring from De Gallerie a few weeks back and one of the three rings started losing its crystals after wearing it for about a week or two.
I went back to De Gallerie to see if it can be fixed or what options I may have with the ring and the representative there immediately wrote down my contact information and told me that she will order a new set for me and that it may take a month.
It seemed like a long time but they called me right after they received the replacement. No trouble at all and they were super nice about it!
I will definitely go back here first if I want to shop for any new trinkets/​jewelry for myself or as gifts.

I bought my father’s day gift there last week, the experience was always nice, I never liked to shop at some busy mall when the sales people like to rush you or they dont provide enough information on the products they sell. The sales staffs (Ivy and Sharon) at DG were always pleasant and helpful. I got my gifts and I was happy. Until next time

Whenver I get to choose, I always prefer to shop at local independent business more than chain stores. I was looking for a Swarovski gift for my girlfriend and searched for a store in my area. Obviously I went for De Gallerie versus the chain stores at the mall. I figured I can save a lot of time finding a parking space and walk through the entire mall to find the store. Sure it is! I parked almost right in front of De Gallerie and get to spend more time to look for the perfect gift for my lady.
I was surprised by the huge selection of Swarovski products this store has, but I got distracted with the other lines of jewelry that they carry too. There are so many styles to choose from ! I was totally overwhelmed but luckily the sales girls were really helpful and they spent almost an hour helping me to pick out the perfect gift! No only do I get excellent service, they also have gift with purchase promotions and I ended up getting another nice gift that’s worth $ 50 for my $ 210 purchase!
De Gallerie will definitely be my destination for gift shopping for now on!

Ivy is awesome. A stone fell out of my Swarovski eternity band — months after I’d purchased it from them — and she sent it back for repairs and now it looks brand new! I’m impressed by her level of customer service, especially when the items aren’t even expensive. I wish sales reps everywhere could be just like her! :)

Second time shopping here and again staff was very prompt and friendly, also well organized and presentable display. My mom loved the quality and packaging of her new Swarovski earrings. Thank you for your great service.

I came here about two months ago to purchase a gift for my mother on Mother’s Day. The staff here was so nice and helpful, I ended up leaving with a pair of beautiful Swarovski earrings for my mom and just had to buy another pair for myself!
The selection that they have here is unique and, every time I come here, I find something that I have to have. I try to stop by every few months to treat myself to something nice, and I can’t wait to see what they have in store for me next time!
In contrast to some of the other reviews, I think that the prices are reasonable, especially for such a great buying experience made by their great staff. De Gallerie is definitely one of my go-​to jewelers.

I disagreed with Ken’s comment.
I was looking for a necklace last year for my wedding. I looked up on-​line first, I saw a wonderful necklace with good price. I stopped by store on the same day to get it. However, they do not have the style which I was looking for. They suggested to place a special order for me, and gave me an estimate of 3 – 4 weeks. I received their call after 2 weeks, said the necklace has arrived & is ready to pick up. I believed I could get the necklace very fast was because the vendor (Swarovski) have the item in stock. What a smooth shopping experience.
The sales over there are very nice, and smile. As long as you walk into the store, you definitely will find something nice. I love this store.

De Gallerie is also known as my «last ditch effort,» but safe choice for buying gifts for females. Over the years, I have purchased countless items for my mom, sister, and girl «friends» from here, and they all seem to love them.
The specialty here is the Swarovski crystal figurines, and most of the popular series from each year is readily available. From large to small, simple to intricate, it is easy to find something to suit your budget. Pop culture icons such as Mickey Mouse, Hello Kitty, and Snoopy are common, as well flowers and animals. The most basic designs will run you about $ 40, and up to over a few hundred dollars for the most elaborate.
My mom being a lover of sunflowers, I have gotten her a few different incarnations of them. Baby sis is a piano virtuoso, so it was only natural that I would give her a miniature grand piano. Perhaps they don’t have the exact item the person you are buying for likes, but you can put a little thought into it, and go for an overall theme.
Since this is a Chinese run store, many of their figurines are Chinese symbols, including various sets of the zodiac. One of the gift ideas that has never failed me is giving a girl her Chinese horoscope sign. It doesn’t have to be fancy. Heck, even a Beanie Baby will work wonders, but If it is for a girl who is a little bit more special, you can’t go wrong with any of the choices at De Gallerie. Some look more like the traditional animal signs, while others are more cartoony. She doesn’t have to be Asian herself to appreciate this either. Show her how to broaden her horizons with knowledge of worldly cultures. The one I most covet is the limited edition dragon from the year 2000. Since I was born the year of the dragon, this has particular significance to me. $ 4,000 dollars worth, however? Maybe not.
If you are a single guy, the female attendants will give you extra attention, especially if they know you are looking for a girl. Some of the younger employees are also particularly flirty as well, as Le Gallerie management knows full well about the oldest sales tactic in the book.
Maybe I should consider De Gallerie to be my back up shop no longer, as it seems it has turned into my first and only stop for holiday and birthday shopping. Until the day comes when the females in my life are sick of these shiny, illuminous little things (which will probably be never), I think I just might have to come back for more.

I agree with Ken K. They have very good collection of Swarovski crystals and the staff is very freindly. I’ve been to both stores, this one and the one in Sunnyvale and even saw same staff in both stores.
The staff is courteous and give you time with smile. Ken K. has summed up the experience pretty well.

This place is pure *evil*, whether you are male or female (though ultimately the purchases go to females in the end). The brand name Swarovski, famous for beautiful crystals and art (as well as melting the hearts of many a female… or girly male if you know what I mean) is heavily touted here and DG is an authorized dealer, so you will get certificates of authenticity, ensuring your purchase is not some bootleg, counterfeit or knockoff like a RoDex or a PraPa. This business is run by Chinese/​Taiwanese, and there are two locations as far as I know (the other in Cupertino village). Staff are very friendly and if you look remotely Asian they’ll address you in Mandarin first unless you respond back otherwise. If you are a dude shopping for your gal, the female staff here go the extra mile to suggest items if you give them some guidelines of what you are looking for.
If you are stuck with gift ideas for that anniversary, V-​day, Mother’s Day, something to surprise that special someone, or just to say «hey I’m sorry I «F“‘d up, how bout some Swarovskizzle?», this is the place. The mall might have a Swarovski store, but you can get other brands, jewelry and other thingamajigs at De Gallerie.
