Sent my son& his lil sister to purchase 3 bags of crazy bread gave him $ 10 to my surprise my daughter came back to me and ask for 5 cents more when they came back I ask for the change and my son told me it cost $ 10.05 for 3 bags of crazy bread I went back and returned the bread as I was talking to the so called manager I was told that they start charging for extra Parmesan cheese for a dollar more for each bag? What a ripoff and it wasn’t told to my kids prior the purchase it’s by law that it must be disclosed to your clients prior purchase, so got a refund and went to Mc Donald and get their 20 piece nugget meal for over $ 9 instead«not too Crazy for your bread lil Ceasar» Some managers you’ve got there.

I give this place a zero star because the person who’s running the front counter is very bad at committing with the customers. So I place an order for a pick up, I wanted a Hawaiian pizza, pepperoni pizza, 2BBQ chicken wings and 1 lemon and pepper chicken wings. And the guy on the line said that it will be about 10 mins. And once my mother-in-law and I went to pick up the food, the place was packed and the guy at the counter brought out the Hawaiian and pepperoni pizza’s and the lemon pepper and I told the guy that I also order the BBQ wings too. The guy said that he didn’t get the other orders, my mother-in-law and I were pissed. But he said that he will have the BBQ to be made within 10 mins, so we just wait for it. About 35 mins later the BBQ wings finally came out and within those waiting time, the guy have been making ALOT of mistakes for other customers. I really think that guy needs to be re-trained and to learn how to hear on how the customers order their foods. This is the worst experience to have just to get pizza. My mother-in-law wanted a business card to call the corporate office, but the guy said that he doesn’t have one. Today Little Caesars lost two of their valued customers.

Okay I don’t expect good service from a place I can buy pre-made pizza for $ 5, but wow how are going to give me that kind of experience. Here’s how it went: Me: «Hi can I get one hot and ready pepp…» Assumed Manager: *talking quite loudly entire conversation«WOULDYOULIKETOGET A DEEPDISHINSTEAD?» Me: «No thanks, just the regular.» Ass. Manager: «We don’t have one ready, but we do have a deep dish one if you’re in a rush.» Me: «Okay sure I’ll just get that then, and can I also get…» Ass. Manager: «Is that all for you?» Me: *pause cause she keeps interrupting me «…can I get a crazy combo too?» Ass. Manager: «Okay. Sauce?» Me: «yes please»(who the heck gets it without sauce) I wait 15 minutes for a pizza she said was already ready Ass. Manager: *hands me pizza«okay bye!» Me: «And the crazy bread?» *hands me the bread sticks without any sauce, walks to the back Overall, I got aggressively pushed to buy a more expensive pizza, wait longer, and leave without my crazy sauce. Where did you find this lady, Little Caesars?

If you’re expecting«hot and ready» don’t come here. They NEVER have the pizzas ready! And the guy at the counter obviously hates his job. Don’t recommend this place.

Never had a issue here. They are super busy during after work hours. I don’t come here often but when I do its after work and it’s a Lil of a wait. But over all they are all nice. The young kids that work there are nice and work fast.

If I can give 0 stars I would. By reading the reviews, I can tell everyone hates there service here. So I came in and ordered a large pepperoni pizza, I asked for crazy bread yet the guy that took my order told me that it wasn’t ready so I just got cheese bread that was already made. He rung me up for the cheese bread then he said he forgot to charge me for the pizza, I let it go, it was a mistake. Opened the box when I got home and it was a CHEESE pizza. Dumbass couldn’t get the order right and it wasn’t even fresh. The fact that the store wasn’t even busy he was rushing me out the door. Fix your customer service. Cause ya’ll suck.

worse service ever. To make sure that I will get pizzas on time for my party I went there two days ahead and ordered it and also told guy taking order to make sure that it will be ready on time plus called them continuously for two days before party but when i went to pick order was not ready nor they knew about it as it is already placed. Then instead of apologizing they started talking amongst each other as if nothing happens and it is their normal customer service standards. customer service is very very rude and no care for customers would have given — stars if i can to this dumb place.

I had just a terrible experience here today. I called in my order 3.5 hours in advance thinking I would be in a rush later. I ordered a thin-crust pepperoni pizza and Italian Cheese Bread. Later, I come in and say I had called in an order. The man behind the register says that the bread actually just got put into the oven… no apology was made. Still, I knew I should probably just be patient, as I was not in as big of a rush as I thought I would be. Throughout my 20-minute wait(yes, it was not«Hot ‘n’ Ready» as I was hoping my phoned-in order would be), I heard one guy say«Ah man, look, this bread doesn’t fit into the bag!» I heard another guy mention fitting it into another bag. Lo and behold, they hand me a pizza box and a «Crazy Bread» bag. Still, I thought that it was maybe a bad day for them, and though I was a bit disgruntled at having waited 20 minutes, I thought I would be able to at least head home and enjoy this tasty treat. Well, upon checking the food, I found that not only was the pizza not thin-crust but the Italian Cheese Bread was mashed together into an unappetizing jumble and did not look or taste anything like Italian Cheese Bread after I peeled them off of the wrapper(Pictures will be uploaded). Overall a very, very unsatisfying and disappointing trip. I would suggest avoiding this establishment.

This is a pretty late review. I wanted to review this just because I have never had employees at little ceasars be so kind. Crazy I know. I came in one night and called ahead to place my order. I waited the 10 – 15 min before I came in. I came in and my pizzas weren’t ready, so the guy said Ill get them out asap. A few mins later he pulls out the pizza and makes a totally different pizza than what I ordered. I wait another 10 min and he finally got it right. I wasn’t upset our anything. I gave him the benefit of the doubt since they were closing up. While all of this is going on, the manager was at the cashier counting out the drawer. I didn’t say a word to her about waiting basically about 40 min for my hot and ready pizza. She rang me up and gave me a discount and free crazy bread. I was like cool! PS. I recently went here and it looks like they changed their pizza dough. Much better especially for the $ 5 hot and readys

Today at 10.45am I went there and the door was locked but one employee was sitting just inside near the door and others were working in the kitchen, I could see them and they could see me, i wasn’t sure why it was closed at such a time and I needed to pick pizza for my sons school, so I pulled the door only 2 times that too to check is it closed or i am not able to open it as I see a person sitting next to the door busy with her phone, I got a shock when she turned around and shouted at me saying, stop! Can’t you read ! Showing me some legal pass sticked there along with lots of other things. It took me a minute to understand what exactly happened, I wasn’t ready for such a rebuke behavior.

I think I’m a little generous in rating this place because it’s my guilty pleasure. Pizza more or less tastes like cardboard compared to everywhere else(of course you don’t expect anything gourmet for $ 5), employees never really appear happy to work here, and sometimes you have to wait for a Hot and Ready pizza(such as a 12 min wait for the three-meat). But what can I say, it’s cheap, relatively fast, and I’ve been liking and eating the stuff for years.

Every time I come here, it’s absolute chaos. They never have anything ready, always someone’s order getting screwed up, having problems with the cash register, etc. It’s fast food pizza though, so expectations are low. Last week was my last time there. They screwed up my order — that is, took my money but forgot to make the pizzas. Either that or gave them away to the wrong customer. I was sitting there for 20 minutes and they finally asked me what I was waiting for. Told them and they offered me something else that they had sitting around — no thanks! So had to wait another 10 minutes while they went and made the pizzas I ordered. When they were done, manager came out, said«sorry» and quickly ran off. Didn’t offer me any coupons or free sodas, etc. Come on. you had ONEJOB — throw the pre-made frozen pizzas in the oven! Got home and discovered that one of the two pizzas was undercooked and slightly raw. Yuck. Seriously, you’re better off going next door to the grocery store and buying a frozen pizza there.

When done right this place is a life saver sometimes. The problem is often, at many of the locations, the pizza is hot, but not ready. It’s not the greatest pizza as far as quality, but you can’t beat the price. If you are really broke, you can eat for a whole day easy on $ 5. Also, as I said, when it actually lives up to its name, it’s like fast food pizza. You just run in, give them $ 5 and take out a pizza immediately. There is also bread and soda and other drinks and sauces to dip the bread in. The bread is very good. The service at a lot of them is lack luster, but not rude.

I can’t speak on the quality of the food because they didn’t have any ready. They advertise no waiting no need to order for the lunch special, but when you arrive they say it’ll be a 15 minute wait. I can see it later in the day but I got there just after they opened.

The hot and ready pizzas here are nowhere near gourmet, with the crust being very hard to get down. But hey, it’s five dollars with no wait. However, the deep dish pizza and crazy bread are the gems of this store. The crazy bread has just the right amount of garlic, butter and Parmesan cheese, while still being warm and chewy. The deep dish pizza is still inexpensive for its size(very large) and contains two deep dish pizzas which are about 6 inches across. They are perfect when you get them, but I would recommend eating them fast because once they get cold they get become almost inedible. Overall, an okay place if you are looking for a full stomach for you and/or your kids for a fairly low price, but do not expect too much!

We often come here because somebody is always craving crazy bread. Once the kids mention, «ooh crazy bread sounds really good right now», it’s pretty hard for me to resist the temptation. The Crazy Bread is so good! Sometimes the bread comes out hard, but the kids end up eating them anyway! The pizzas are alright, we usually go else for our pizza cravings. Staff members are usually friendly =)

I would give them four stars but their pizza is just meh… But what can you expect for a pizza that just costs 5 bucks?! However, their service is always good, from the once a year visit I always make. I go crazy for their crazy bread! It is just so good! They also sell soda for your convenience but it is pricey…$ 2.80 for just one liter.

5 dollars for a pizza and it’s ready right when you order it! Uhhhhh how can that bee? Well it bee all right! It be pretty good for 5 dollars. This review is mainly calculating the the bang of the buck i get for a 5 dollar pizza which is alot! This is not a bad pizza, i actually like it and almost can love it depending on what sauce i dip it into. Get yourself some ranch, some, extra pizza sauce, some pesto, maybee ketchup and start dipping this pizza in those sauces and its gravy baby! You can’t ask for the world for a 5 dollar pizza, so i give this a 4 star rating!

Who do we turn to when we need pizzas for a 5th grade class last minute? Little Ceasars thats who! Who r we kidding. Its 5 bucks so dont expect anything close to gourmet. It does the trick. I wouldnt feed this to my kid every week or even month but once in awhile wont hurt them. I had to wait 20 mins for 2 pepperonis and 2 cheeses. They made em fresh so it was cool. Kids were happy and i was happy i was able to get them sonething last minute. 3 stars
