It was an excruciating hot day in late august when I decided to get some ice cream — and not just some, but two whopping scoops from Dreyers. I went all out this time: double fudge chocolate and coffee in a waffle. The double fudge was as thick as a cake in some places and complimented the blander sweet of the coffee. The crispy waffle was worth it. Fast service, two scoops is way too much for one person A–

There is this server called Darrell who refused to give my daughter a second sample. We had already bought 2 other ice creams. He said he didn’t make the rules. Felt treated with little concern for customer. Thankfully the manager came and clarified, its 3 samples per person. I am surprised people who can’t treat a little courtesy and appreciation for little kids get hired to man ice cream parlor.

Amazing Ice Cream but when have those words not been associated with each other? I had the dulce de leche(olay!) and the chocolate chip cookie dough. YUMMMM Waffle cup was satisfying. Of course I’d come back! Its ice cream…

i used to always get my ice cream cravings fixed here. but i hate the mall so i don’t come by as often now. but if you do and have a sweet tooth like some of us, then there’s no reason for you not to try this place out.

they sell dreyer’s ice cream and 2 flavors of froyo here. though i’ve tasted dreyer’s froyo at quickly’s and quizno’s. the froyo here is much, much better, froyo availability:(tardistan brand) –dark chocolate –vanilla: very creamy, rich, sugared up and smooth pricing:(sm) 1.99 didn’t see any toppings offering. generous serving. frodrips: –dreyer’s best value for froyo at great mall thou there isn’t any tart options –dispensed from taylor machines –served in plastic laminated cups –not busy here, friendly service. –actually 4 stars but there isn’t much choice here.

They have green tea ice cream here!!! Sadly, they don’t serve the carton version in grocery stores anymore. It was really my favorite version. At least, I know I can count on this place to get my green tea ice cream fix.

Wow! We were at the Great Mall last night(getting a little exercise…) and since I had«walked off all those calories I had for dinner…» I wanted to refuel! –I am so ashamed– Anyway, walked(the LONG way) around the mall to get to this place and it was almost 9ish, so I walked FAST so I wouldn’t get there after they had closed(walked even quicker when I noticed all the other stores along the way starting to close up – ) Got there in time(thank GOD), and took a little look-see at all the flavors. I chose Choc. Chip Cookie Dough. To be honest, the selection was a little too«vanilla» for me(pun intended) and so I didn’t have a lot to choose from. I should have just skipped it all together, but hey, I didn’t bust my hiney all the way around the mall to leave empty handed! :) I am a conquerer! So, ordered a single of CCCD and it was good. Not Cold Stone good, but good. And I ordered it in a cone. The cone was good – really really good. For $ 3.87, not a bad price for a good portion of ice cream(seriously, I could have shared and been okay with half). I think this is a wee bit cheaper than Cold Stone, but the selection is a little too slim. It’s worth the extra walk though… unless you go the short way(FYI: My mall walking pattern is: Park at Marshalls, shop it and head to the left… continue heading that direction until you complete the circle – hence getting to Dryers the long way would be going all the way around to the left until you land there – as opposed to going right and getting there in 5 minutes going to the right from Marshalls…) Pretty much, Ice cream is good no matter what… unless it’s Baskin Robbins… UGH *shudders* I am never THAT desperate for Ice cream! EVER! There’s is mushy and runny. Eww…
