Wait in line for forever as they harass each customer for information upon checkout. Let me overpay for my merchandise in peace, it doesn’t have to be a game of 20 questions.

Normal Sports Store. It’s well organized except for the dressing rooms which are barely ever tended to. The cashier was obnoxiously rude to me as well today as he almost ripped the ski pants I was buying taking the hanger off of them.

i had a rain check for 6 months. numerous calls were made, went to the store and was lied to by the sporting goods manager. the store manager offerred me $ 15.00 off a scope. sporting goods manager told me he would get me a better scope for the sale price then renegs and also lies. wrote to the companys main officer, i’ve heard nothing. they don’t care. they don’t back their rain checks. spoke to a sales person who stated they send a couple to each store just to get you in. if you get a rain check i wish you luck.

Agreed, I will never be back! The people were nicer here than the Worcester location who sent me here to pick up the shoes she said were here which took 20 minutes for her to figure out. She never called to confirm or have them hold it so I got here and what happened? Nothing was here. Sooo being the nicer folks they said they’d ship it from NH to my house that week. I called over a week later, the shoes accidentally got shipped to the Milbury location! Oops! Sooo they’d ship it Fedex to me next day. I got them, finally, after two and a half weeks, with the best part… the security tags still on them. I called to see what they could do so that I could get the tags off without driving 45 mins in traffic to the closest Boston locations. Nothing. No solution offering, no help. I should have known. Go to a different sporting goods store!!!

This is one store I will NEVER shop in again. One good thing I can say though is that each time I visited the store, it was very clean and well organized. We had gone there to purchase a treadmill. Finding a salesperson was an adventure. Once we did find someone, he was friendly and was able to point us in the right direction. Rather then take it with us. We elected to have it delivered and set up. What a mistake. Took an additional two trips and countless phone calls to the store and the corporate office. Everyone had someone to blame, no one was able to easily rectify the situation. Next time if I can’t find what i want locally, I will order it over the ‘net rather then walk in to a Dick’s again.
