If there is a ZERO star, I will give them a ZERO!!! Yea, It is cheap over there, but they ruined your shirt!!! And they even blamed on you!!! NEVERGOBACK!!! So I took several of my shirts there for cleaning, $ 2 per shirt, yea, good deal, very cheap. But they do not do things professionally!(See those pictures I uploaded) When I went to pick up my shirts, I found out the the neck/collar part are all pink-ish. I cant wear them anymore! So, I asked them what are those and asked them to clean them for me. The Asian lady was very aggressive and showed me her bad attitude. She first denied that wasnt their fault, and refused to clean them for me. Then she even blame that it was my fault to put perfume on my body and my neck(who spread perfume around their necks?). She said it is because of my perfume that cause these pink-ish marks on my shirts. I was very upset and angry, so I told her that I will never come back again, and she said OKAY… WTF… Not even a sorry and blamed all faults on me. This is my recommendation for your guys, if you are looking for somewhere cheap, come here, but be ready that they ganna ruin your clothes. Also, that Asian lady need to change her attitude, or she will never get any return customers! NEVERNEVERGOBACK! (Check my pictures that I uploaded, see how they ruined my shirts!)

Chen’s is great! They are my go to for dry cleaning and alterations. They are honest about what they can and cannot do, and they are well priced. Stella is also a great seamstress. Everything I’ve brought in to be altered has come back fitting much better than before. She has a light touch! She and her husband are both super nice and they get the job done well and reasonably. I drive all the way from SF to bring my clothes to them. :)

Went in to have a few items cleaned at noon on Friday and needed them back on Monday. No luck. They send all of their clothes out and stated I could not have them back until Tuesday after 5 p.m. I asked if they could put a rush on them and they said nope. Bummer I had to take my business elsewhere.

Need a convenient dry cleaner in the Millbrae area? SERVICE: 5⁄5 Not my typical review on food, but why not review a business that’s not a restaurant? So, this is my first time bringing my clothes to a dry cleaner, and I have to say it was a positive experience. My dad usually goes to a place in South City that is supposedly cheaper, but farther away from where we live. So, is it really worth the drive to get his clothes dry cleaned? I think not. For that reason, I opted to try Chen’s Cleaner’s. The owners were nice and suggested options on how to dry clean my shirts and sweaters(as they have many options on how to have certain treatments done to your clothes). As for the pricing, I did not think it was expensive. I have nothing to compare to, but it was in a comfortable price range. Parking here can be tight during the afternoon, but is definitely not impossible. They have a green limited curb zone in front of the business, so hopefully you can snatch one of those when you swing by! I’ll probably be go here again whenever I need a reliable service!

I once read somewhere that of all the categories of businesses that are taken to small claims court, dry cleaners are near the top of the list in terms of frequency. And I remember this to be true from the days when I used to watch Judge Wapner’s People’s Court. Though I have never had a major disaster with a dry cleaner(knock on wood!), I have definitely found it a challenge to find one that I have been completely satisfied with. I searched for a long time to find such an establishment on the Peninsula and finally, several years ago, found a truly excellent dry cleaner, Chen’s on Broadway in Millbrae. First and foremost, Chen’s has always done an excellent job of cleaning my clothes. I once had a client who managed another dry cleaners in the area and complimented me on the appearance of the shirts I had dry cleaned at Chen’s. Their pricing is also very good, especially relative to the quality of the work they do. Other advantages I have found here: 1. They do not staple identifying customer tags to fabric. The paper tag is looped through a button hole and stapled only to itself, making it very easy to pull out. This solution is aesthetic, avoiding damage to both the fabric and to the customer’s skin, as the heads of those staples can open up and cut you when a shirt tail is rubbing against your thigh(ouch!). 2. When there has been an occasional issue, they will take responsibility for it and make it right. 3. Stella and Vincent are very pleasant people. My wife and I are always greeted warmly and genuinely whenever we walk through the door. Tips: Parking can be difficult to find in the metered spaces out front but if you access the lot behind Kinko’s-FedEx, you can park for free and make the easy walk across Broadway. Also remember to have cash, as Chen’s does not accept credit cards or checks and it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest ATM.
