Scoopers Lunchwagon

This was my favorite lunch wagon in the Mililani Tech Park bunch. Their local style plate lunches was always so ono. I hope they come back as the other food trucks there are not that great. Your roast pork and Teri hamburger was great!
Update: Scoopers is Back!!! I ordered a mixed plate of beef stew and shoyu chicken. Their recipe was delicious and it also came with a soda for $ 10. I also bought a micro mini plate of roast pork that cost $ 4 to eat later. So far everything I tried was ono with great flavor. This is my favorite local lunch wagon which located in the Mililani Tech Park and parked in front of Oceanic TW Cable.

Scooper’s Lunchwagon is back…. Started yesterday. Supposed to have same menu and prices. Yeeeehaaa!

Roast Chicken is so ONO!!! The Mac salad is to die for. I love this truck! The prices are great too. Can’t beat $ 6 for a mini plate that’s more like a dinner meal. You get more than enough food! I’m so glad it’s close to work!

Hearty and delicious beef and cabbage stew. Also enjoyed the hamburger and gravy over rice. Fast and friendly.

We often come here for the tasty plate lunches at great prices. Today we tried the spaghetti and the rolled cabbage stew. Their menu changes daily. Sometimes they have spam rolls too which are also good!

I went the Scooper Lunch Wagon today and bought 3 plate lunches to take lunch for my parents while I visited them today. The girl who took my order was friendly and the service was excellent. The guy putting together the plate lunch was also very nice. I bought the 2 choice that comes with a can drink for $ 9 each. Teri hamburger/​Teri chicken mix, Teri hamburger/​kalua pig with cabbage mix and Teri hamburger/​beef stew mix. All the plates looked ono and tasted great. I give this lunch wagon 5 stars. They park their truck across Oceanic Cable located in the Mililani Tech Park. I’ll be back again to try other things on their menu. Just simple local kine grinds that you cannot go wrong with.

Old school lunch truck! Outside looks a little run down but food is delicious and service is always polite.
I like their hamburger steak and beef stew the best! Portions are big and love love love that they offer the micro mini portion (for hamburger steak that is one hamburger, one scoops rice OR mac and gravy). I love this because sometimes I’m not that hungry or I have a salad and just need a little something. Or some mornings I’m just plain hungry mid-​morning.
The only downfall is that they arrive early (not sure what time, maybe 9:30?) and are quite sold out by the time lunch rolls around — they are either gone or maybe have 1 or 2 things left by about 11:30 or 12. I could go a little earlier but I don’t like my food getting cold on my desk.

Roast pork was the best. Soft and tender and with a great tasting gravy. Don’t let the wagon fool you. Very friendly service.

Pretty standard plate lunch fare, this take out place is parked by Mililani Tech park (by Leleihua Golf Course) and open lunch hours Monday thru Friday.
First off the good:
Pretty cheap and HUGE servings. Regular plate $ 8 (no tax) includes two scoops rice, one Mac. The first scoop is so big though, it’s practically 3 scoops, and they load on whatever you order so it’s not too much rice compared to main dish.
The mini is what I go for, only $ 6, has one big scoop rice and one mac, plus main dish. They use the same container for regular and mini so the portion is still very filling. It’s a huge mini and just right for lunch. If you’re really hungry, get the mix plate $ 9, includes any 2 mains plus a drink. They don’t skimp on anything!
They also have a micro mini plate $ 3, not sure how small that is but worth a try if you’re not too hungry.
The bad:
Sells out FAST. I got there at 10:30 and their roast pork had sold out already.
Certain dishes I tried needed a little salt. Wasn’t totally bland but could have used a little more seasoning.
Overall I’d give it 3.5 stars, really cheap and filling, worth it if you’re nearby and craving some plate lunch fare. My favorites are roast pork, roast chicken, beef stew, & kalua pig. Come hungry!

Very good hamburger steak and beef stew! They sellout early though.
