I agree with Jessie B’s review. Rude guy behind the counter, kid on the computer, made no effort at all to be welcoming or friendly. The price per square foot he quoted was double what anywhere else is charging, so I’m not sure if he just wanted me to leave or if he thought I looked like a sucker. Don’t go here, you will be treated like trash. Zero stars.

I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. My mother and I went in here on a weekend afternoon while she was looking to redo her kitchen.
As we walked in, we were not even greeted. A man was in the back of the store behind a desk while a young boy was playing on the computer. We walked through the entire store twice looking through the samples of tiles and granite they had. During our laps through the small store, not a single word was exchanged. My mother was looking to spend a lot of money, but we will never be going here again. It was appalling the lack of respect and time we were given. Sure, everyone has off days, but to not even interact with your customers just shows you do not care about your business or the customers that may actually come through the doors.
Oh the irony that the company name is Rock Bottom.
